We are in Bad Doberan for the summer and occasionally venture out for a bite to eat. Came across the Kamp Theater restaurant and stopped by for Abendbrot one evening this week. A very pleasant atmosphere, tasty choices on the menu and a very drinkable dry red wine. The service was great too. All in all another one to add to the list of: "definitely visit again"

This is a great restaurant perched on the cliff tops overlooking the sea the food is generally of a good quality and the service is rapid - well worth a visit

This was the âon stationâ restaurant the train manager on the Molli train recommended. Apparently itâs just as popular with non train visitors. Itâs a charming old style station waiting room adored with all the railway accessories. The staff were pleasant and polite with good service all round. I chose a herring dish which was served with a large baked potato and had a local white wine...delicious! Make sure youâre hungry going here the portions are large. Very comfortable seating and of course uniquely situated for the return Molli train. Just a tip....I broke my journey here on the way back and continued on a later train, which was allowed, ideal!

When we arrived at this take-away/sit-in restaurant and realized we were the only guests, we almost left not only due to the bland decoration of the premises but also because the owner barely greeted us. But our hunger won over and we ordered spring rolls, wonton soup, a chicken Thai dish, and battered chicken on rice. With the exception of the soup, all the dishes were very good and almost as tasty as any other Thai food we have eaten. Even the wine shorle was very good. I deducted a star as the manager was relatively unwelcoming, and the premises were stuffy.

This place is highly recommended. The food, the atmosphere, the service and the price I can say that it the best place I have ever been. The menu is creative and nicely create to meet the regional and seasonal ingredient. There is brunch as an offer on Sunday also. We will definitely come back.

Wir waren bereits zwei Mal im Restaurant. Als positiv bewerten wir gutes Essen und freundliche, nette Bedienung. Preise sind angemessen. Leider wird nur in Bar bezahlt (kein EC-Gerät) und es gibt kein WLAN für Gäste

Cafe Zikke has a pleasant outdoor seating area. The food is very good and the staff are friendly. We were there with 3 little dogs and they immediately brought out a bowl of water for the dogs, a little tray with dog snacks and cold wonderful beer for us.The meal was quickly served, well prepared and tasted great.
