Brauhaus liegt am Tiefwarensee nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Es ist reichlich Platz und es gibt auch eine Dachterasse. Vom Essen hatten wir uns mehr erwartet. Das Schnitzel kam sehr schnell, so dass es kaum frisch gebraten sein konnte.Freitag und Sonnabend gibt es Abends Spanferkel.

Für diese tolle Lage wäre wesentlich mehr Möglich! Man ist bemüht, aber es reicht nicht für eine bessere Bewertung, denn allein die Lage ist nicht alles und nur für kalte Getränke bei Sommerwetter bekommt man nicht die volle Punktzahl.Die Preise sind dann schon im oberen Segment angesiedelt und wahrlich nicht gerechtfertigt!Ein Rumpfsteak mit BratensoÃe und komischen spärlichen Pommes, ist schon eine exotische Zusammenstellung und nur essbar bei groÃen Hunger!

Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Waren. Sehr ruhig und in schöner Lage. Essen sehr gut und schmackhaft. Sehr nettes Personal.

This is a very good restaurant with traditional German ambiance. Food was well-prepared, service was prompt and the staff very accommodating. That being said, it helps if you speak a bit of German--not too many are fluent in English in this area of Germany.

The traditional family run German pension/restaurant is still alive and well. One night's spontaneous stay at U-Nautic became two with a desire for more if time had allowed. From the friendly and exceptionally helpful hosts to the comfortable clean room and delicious food, there was nothing to fault.

As English on holiday in the area and arriving by boat we wanted something to eat traditional of the area, and this was perfect, I love fish, whilst husband is not a fan but humours me. Sadly no menu in English and we had not got a clue but this is part of the fun, we asked the waitress to recommended and she chose well for me and a great chicken dish for my husband. Great beer, great food, nicely decorated restaurant with a fishing theme, very reasonable price - could not have had a better night

This restaurant is certainly among the most sophisticated and upmarket in the area. It has several 3-4 course menus which are all well selected, using mostly local produce. The food was declicious but we had a problem with the restaurant's nouvelle cuisine approach. The portions are simply too small. My chicken breast was accompanied by one shrimp and 3 small raviolis. In spite of a starter, I still felt a bit hungry after leaving the restaurant. My husband had an extra interim course at the restaurant, but at home took to pistachios. The main vegetarian course consisted of falafel and gnochi which we thought was a strange combination, and falafel perhaps not worth EUR 20. Overall however the food is very tasty and good quality.

The nice architecture building in small city wich also a Nature museum and great restaurant is just perfect to stop in cloudy rainy day in this city. They serve Fish based cuisine with amazing taste and presentation. I try the lunch special with oven baked fish and mash potatoes and mash green bean with asparagus in white wine sauce is very delicious. So i order another menu with steamed white fish served with beans and grilled peas and cooked potatoes also amazing! The ambiance is very nice with high light if modern German architecture and Scandinavian minimalist touch. Service is very fast and the staff is so friendly. In the corner of the restaurant they offer beer in very nice costumed bottle to bring home with little money. The price are ok considered best food and delicious taste. Recommended for family with kids also because after lunch maybe the kid can just go to the Nature Museum wich displaying many fish and bird from the area of Waren

we came here several times, were send off repeatedly and were confronted with off days (monday) and non-reaction to our efforts to book in advance (answering machine). due to the excellent reviews at your page we decided to take an outside table on a cold/rainy evening and watched 20 people being refused, stomping off disappointed. well the tapas came 90minutes after placing the order and we did not see why people advise to come here. simple non-differentiating tapas. Check out the greek restaurants around here instead. they are charming and tasty!

Really friendly. The Chef and his wife (I guess) get along well and make a great great team. This orginal is small but a real pearl down at the Hafen. We lucked out on a Sunday at about 13:15 Uhr. The place was actually empty. We had read and heard so much about it, we had to try it out. We were not disappointed. What great food. Fish, Pork Steak, all the sides and salads were a dream.
