I've been here a couple of times when travelling. They have a big menu to choose from, all sounds really delicious and the prices are really ok for what you get! Apparently you should book a table before you come in on a weekend around lunch time as it's usually crowded. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere outside is very nice (next to a zoo, parking space and a bit of forest).I'd definitely recommend eating here. Good food, good prices, friendly staff.

The food, the atmosphere and the views are great. The fish is always fresh. Also steaks and "Schnitzel" are good - they sometimes overdo the steak though.Good wine. Prices are just a little too high but the food is good quality.

Attended a wedding here. The hotel is on a beautiful lake with great views from the rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The chef had no problem making the food for the wedding all vegan upon the groom and brideâs request, and it was seriously delicious! They have the nicest spa in a hotel Iâve ever seen, including an indoor swimming pool and multiple saunas.

We visited during the afternoon for a drink and decided to return for dinner. Our table by the window had a perfect view over the lake. Portions were huge and freshly cooked with prices reasonable for the location. Staff helpful and friendly.

We spent a weekend in Fürstenberg and travel by boat on the lakes in the area. After returning the boat back in the evening we were looking for a place to eat. Unforunately (?) the restuarants on the lake front were reserved so we continued and decided to turn into a small road because we saw a sign with a restuarant Frosch & Fisch. The view outside was not that spectacular but the food and service were excelent. We did not regred after all stopping there. We hope that this new place will continue to serve its excelent food and coming from Berlin the prices for the food and drinks are unbeatable.

Kleine Segler Residenz is a nice restaurant situated by the water just outside of the city center. They serve very good food based on traditional ingredients. The portions are very generous and well presented. The service was exceptionally friendly. It was like coming home to someone who was very happy too see you again. Even the obstacles of having a 10 month old guest they handled with ease. The restaurant has outdoor seating so guess it must be especially lovely on warm days.

This is a lovely unspoilt area and the conversion of this former school is a perfect place for a restaurant and accommodation. We stayed for two nights. The first evening we had the standard menu and the second we had the 5 course menu. The food was well presented and good quality with some interesting and attractive ideas. The building is simply refurbished with nice decorative items in tune with the school theme. Our accommodation was on two levels with the sleeping area up a steep staircase. It was simply furnished. Overall it was an enjoyable stay but I think that the charges are a bit expensive for what it was. It is unsatisfactory at a place like this to have trolleys with dirty linen and other cleaning material left at the bottom of the stairs to guest rooms for almost 24 hours. It was really distasteful and shows poor attention to detail.

We had 8 guests with kids and service was overwhelmed due to lack of experience. Apertizer was overcomplicated in weird constellation where no flavor was complementary to each other. Main dishes were prepared below any standard. Most dishes were burned in oil which made poor presentation and made them in essence uneatable. Exception was stake that arrived 10 min late but was cooked well. Overal cheff lacks skills and no taste to handle such complex menu. Too bad as town desperately needs decent place to eat.

The building is great: an old factory that is now a cinema and restaurant, re-desighed with a lot of taste. We could eat outside in the garden: very nice atmosphere. On the menu everything was apetizing: the food follows the seasons, the meat is mainly bio and comes from the neighborhood. The dishes were original, not tipycal from what you find in this part of Germany. Also the wine was good. The staff was nice. It was just perfect. They had a menu for 21 euro, the first dish was between 7-9 euro, and a main dish between 12-15 euro.
