My desire is to transmit joy,and emotions to others through food, in exactly the same way you share at your home with your family and friends, and share my cuisine and my Neapolitan Culture with sincerity and passion. We were in town to tour U of W and it was my birthday. This was a great choice. Service was great, food was delicious and it has a lovely ambiance. We ordered the grilled calamari to start, which was excellent, albeit I thought a bit pricey for what it was. There are many choices for pizza, can't speak to the entrees since we stuck to pizza. The gave me a free cannoli w/ a candle at the end, very nice touch.

We had the Friday Fish Fry, which consisted a 3 pieces of lightly battered cod and the cheesy hash browns.
The management and staff are always very welcoming and service is great!
McFarland Angelo's is a smaller, more intimate environment, but sometimes the music volume is too high, which makes conversation difficult.
We also enjoy the pizza because of the fresh ingredients and the crust.

I visited here every morning during my stay in Madison. The staff was friendly, the business was clean, and my drink was delicious! I would definitely recommend a stop in.

We had been for dinner before but not for their lunch buffet. The buffet is excellent and extensive. They had 2 soups, fresh salad, at least 12 different hot entrees including many chicken and vegetarian choices ,1 beef dish and grilled catfish. They had 6 dessert choices as well. All the food was delicious . The buffet is continually refreshed, no shortage of any dish. You also get warm nan with your meal.
The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated, staff are very attentive and friendly.
This is by far the very best Indian lunch buffet I have ever had. Give it a try!
Cost is $10:95 a person with a huge selection of food choices.

Angelo's is a small, intimate Italian restaurant - the dining room looks to seat about 50 - 60 people - and has all the usual dishes one expects in an Italian restaurant. The bar area has a distinct hometown feel to it - you can tell the patrons there know each other but are also welcoming to out-of-towners.
My wife ordered the shrimp scampi and I had lobster ravioli. We both enjoyed our meals and split a tiramisu that was excellent.
The service was top-rate; attentive but not intrusive.
A very good experience.

Eight of us had dinner at Palenque Saturday night. I called ahead for reservations and they accommodated us. Service was wonderful, very attentive. Food was very good and prices reasonable. Our only disappointment was the margaritas did not seem to have any alcohol in them. Very colorful restaurant with colorful Mexican decorated furniture. We look forward to returning to Palenque - now one of our favorite Mexican restaurants near Madison.

A neighborhood coffee house & café just outside of Madison, WI. Guaranteed to fill your belly & warm your heart.
Our expectation was very high based on the reviews and it was alright but nothing that special. We ordered sandwiches that were around $10 each and the they were tasty but portion size was marginal. The coffee expectation was that of a high quality coffee shop or at least Starbucks but it was only so-so. If you set your expectations as average, you will not be disappointed but if you are looking for something great, you may be let down.

Great atmosphere and delicious sushi. Very conveniently located close to the capital. Easy parking (lots of ramps around here). I️ personally like the chefs choice sashimi.

We are a full-service Italian Delicatessen and Specialty Store featuring a great selection of Cold Subs, Hot Sandwiches, Hot Dinners, and a huge deli case packed full of olives, meats, cheeses, salamis, and house-made salads and sausages. Our store in Monona features indoor seating and seasonal outdoor seating and all our food is available for dine-in or carryout.
Lovely place to drop by for a few grocery items, and to pick up some pizza, or deli items or other homemade goodies to take home (fresh or frozen). Also, there are inside tables, featuring red-and-white-checked covers, for dining, as well as tables outside. Soups and other Italian-style entrees are featured daily. Recently, I have had the lasagna, spaghetti, a pork sandwich, and some desert items. All of them have been yummy. The place is not fancy, but the staff is friendly and the price is right. It’s like being home-away-from-home.

Nice cozy homey atmosphere. Family run restaurant with savory tender ribs, red beans and rice and yummy garlic bread! They offer a variety of other things on the menu like burgers, chicken and a salad bar. If you're looking for good barbecue, I would recommend it.
