Not sure of his name because it was partially hidden. It’s something ended in andro. Not once did he say you need help or just step up & just help. Anyway she’s a hard worker. The room was clean, Casino packed and the burgers r fantastic. My go to hotel when in in area

Reviewed By rafico404Love staying here when visiting from San Juan. Staff is friendly, private parking, quiet and historic Inn.. no complaints! You can go for a walk and eat at nearby restaurants, or if too tired.. have food delivered to the hotel. Love the complimentary morning coffee!

The Mayagüez Resort & Casino is an independently operated, deluxe, full service hotel located in the west coast town of Mayagüez.The hotel is nestled amid 20 acres of scenic, sunny surroundings with spectacular views of the Bay. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the center of town and the University of PR, Mayagüez Campus; 10 minutes from the Puerto Rico Zoo; 15 minutes from the local Eugenino Maria de Hostos Airport; a 25 minute shuttle flight from the Luis Muñoz Marin San Juan Airport; a 45 minutes drive from the regional Rafael Hernandez Airport in the town of Aguadilla; 25 minutes from the Golf course in Joyuda, Cabo Rojo; and a short ride to the most beautiful beaches and tourist attraction areas.
Filthy place!!!!
Reviewed By DreamingOfTheTropicsThe only thing nice about this hotel was their pool area and the views/scenery. This hotel is filthy! We switched rooms because the 1st room they put us in had a bathroom that hadn't even been cleaned, still had someone's hair all over the shower wall and the room itself was as tiny as a box. The 2nd room they moved us to was still dirty. There was a black ring around the inside of the toilet, gross stuff on the outside bottom of the toilet, The floors look like they had not been mopped as their were someone's footprints that we noticed as soon as we walked in the room, rust and nastiness all around the shower, sheets that were a size too small and didn't even fit the bed, no blanket, only a sheet on the bed to sleep with, and we found a little bug crawling the bed (i don't know what kind of bug it was, but at least it was not a bed bug.) I'm honestly surprised that we didn't see any cockroaches in this hotel during our time here. That's how dirty it is. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. The on-site restaurant closed early every night Man they had a very limited menu. During check-in I also saw the check-in employee making copies of the customers ahead of me credit cards, front & back. The credit card info was already in their computer system so I found that very sketchy. I watched the check-in employee's every move when he had my card to ensure he did not make a copy of it. This place was just overall sketchy. It has a lot of potential but definitely needs lots of upgrades and a thorough cleaning. I do not recommend this hotel.

Poor housekeeping and you won’t be able to sleep
Reviewed By vcollazorDirty hallways and room floor. Dirty bed skirt. There weren't enough towels in the bathroom. First time staying at a hotel since COVID so very disappointed. From around 11:30 pm to almost 3am the noise from loud music and partying down the street was unbearable.
