We were staying in Pittsfield and ordered two meals on line. You have to register but it was a fairly straightforward process. The delivery was charged two dollars extra which I thought was OK. The food was delivered to our motel room in less time than it quoted on the web site. The food was very good.

Jae's Restaurant is an award-winning Pan-Asian cuisine, including Sushi, Pad Thai, and Korean specialties.
The Berkshire Hills are busy in summer and Labor Day weekend was no exception. In spite of this, our party of seven (with reservations) was seated promptly and given menus. Jae's has something for every taste. American favorites, Korean specialties, sushi and many other items. All the servers and bussers were kept busy delivering meals, drinks and clearing tables. Our meals came out eventually and everyone enjoyed their appetizers, main plates and drinks. This was our first visit to this incarnation of Jae's and we look forward to returning during the winter.
We do take out on a regular basis. Meals are prepared quickly and tastefully. Great value for your money. In fact portions are huge. Only problem I have is that the seasoning is not consistent. For me that is a problem because I do not like really spicy and communication is a problem when ordering.

The service is always courteous and helpful; the establishment is consistently clean and the food is so fresh! It's not loaded with oil and salt like many of the other Asian restaurants do. The flavors are robust and everything is cooked correctly. I am a vegetarian and they have always made my food to reflect that. I have been here six times over the past few months, having lunch and dinner and it is now my only go-to Asian restaurant. I don't know the name of the young lady that works the front register, but she is wonderful and a kind soul.

Japanese cuisine including teriyakis, udons, sushi & sashimi. Serving both lunch & dinner with a bar.
Shiro Lounge, now called SenSushi Japanese Cuisine, has been bought out by its sushi chefs and turned into a real sushi restaurant with non-sushi preparations still highly available. The former snarky waitstaff has been replaced with a business-like but pleasant crew. The sushi lunch included excellent fish that was well cut. I requested an oshinko roll in place of California rollâno problem. My husband's eel donburi, Unagi Don, included a generous serving of excellent eel, seaweed, and oshinko over well-prepared rice. Red bean mochi was mehânot enough flavor and served with sickly sweet whipped toppingâbut I went there for the sushi, so I won't hold this against them. I hope they are able to maintain this level of qualityâand we look forward to going back.

I had been to this building many years ago when it was a steakhouse. Enso is sooooo much better. The spring rolls arrived hot and delicious with a wonderful dipping sauce and the curried chicken I ordered was full of chicken and vegetables. The waiter helped out with a discussion on how hot each type of curry would be. The prices are reasonable and the fact that the great food arrives at the table piping hot, make this a place to visit

Went to dinner for a simple birthday celebration. Service was quick and hibachi chef was nice, food delicious. However i was turned off by the waiter. Ive waited tables for 20 years so i know every correct detail. This waiter couldnt care less. Maybe having family issues or something else in his life but no excuse. He rushed us like an assembly line ordering dinners. No smiles. Didn't ask to refill drinks, have is to-go containers to do ourselves. No :goodbyes" or "thank you"s. An F for service. Oh and hated the other service staff standing 5 feet away observing. Ugh.Dinner is expensive so service should be top notch. That's what i give my guests. I tipped him 15% when i typically tip 20%+. Shame

Every dish is cooked to order and please give yourself enough time to enjoy your food by coming in 2 hours early if you have tickets to shows. Gluten Free available, Vegan and lots of Vegetarian dishes to pick from..
While visiting Pittsfield, we wanted some nice diner place for the whole family- We were force to buy a dish for every member of the group (7 people) the food was full of cabs and less protein - given that you payment US$ 15-20 per dish. The mango salad looks like it was made in moring and kept in water - it had no taste of the mango. We were seated in what seem like children play table that was very stickyPlease remember that this is America and no one could forced you to do anything you didnât want to do. Weâre a small family restaurant and if 7 of you took up a big table on a busy night and ordered 4 dishes to share, we might as well close shop. Our menu clearly stated that thereâll be a plate charge for sharing just like any other restaurant. Our menu have variety of food from seafood, chicken, beef to tofu , how can you said itâs full of carbs? If youâre not sure how mango salad was prepared from the freshly cut mango, please speak up cause someone would show you at your table in 2 minutes instead of embarrassing yourself by making such an inaccurate accusation. As far as sticky table, yes weâre kid friendly restaurant and all you need to do is ask your waitstaff to wipe it instead of writing it as a bad review. The 7 dishes must be delicious but you forgot to compliment the chef instead you remembered all the bad stuff....
