Unfortunately, the server brought my wife the wrong entree (sesame chicken instead of General Tsao's chicken), then told us "That's what you ordered." Additionally, the sides of rice (one white and one fried) were swapped -- I got hers and she got mine, along with the surprise sesame chicken. The woman was extremely sweet (excluding her insistence that my wife ordered something other than what she said), and I feel bad about giving her a poor review. BUT you have to give people what they order. That's the first rule of restaurant management.

We wanted so much to like this restaurant. It was our 1st visit and we were anticipating "authentic" Chinese cuisine.What we ended up having was tasteless 'authentic' rice, over-fried, tasteless dumplings, and a sticky sweet, unrecognizable chicken with chestnuts and dates. There was so much sticky sauce on the dish that we couldn't distinguish the dates from the chicken. It was aweful!Unfortunately we will not be returning.

I have been here a few times for Hibachi and the food has always been excellent. Additionally, the service and presentation were also very good. I typically order slightly more food than normal so I'll have leftovers for the next day. Well worth the visit!

Went here with some work colleagues, including one from Singapore, and one from Malaysia, and these two folks ahd suggested that it was VERY tasty food, with an authentic Thai flavor. They were correct!FOOD:-Appetizers were superb! Cooked perfectly, with just the right mix of fresh vegetables, and flavorings. See pictures. Excellent. Chicken wings and Spring rolls tasty too.-Dinners: WOW - tasty! We got four dinners, and shared them amongst ourselves. One had a smokey (sort of) flavor, that someone said was Thai Curry - a spectacular flavor for sure! One of the dinner's had a hint of ginger, and some other exotic spices as well. See pictures. The shrimp and chickens were cooked perfectly. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. Everything was really good!BEVERAGES: The Pellegrino sparkling water was cold and tasty. For a wine, we got the La Crema Montery Pinot Noir (red wine) = what a great flavor, and aftertaste too - a hint of sweetness, as well as great flavor (recommended).ATMOSPHERE: Small place, but great for a family or couples dinner, as well as business meeting. Clean too! Also, I loved how they made a flower decoration, from the straw wrapper (see photo)â¦.SERVICE: Very good - attentive to the customer, without overkill. Nicely done.PRICES: Decent! 4 of us, with tip, ran about $160. So we DO RECOMMEND you try this - loved the authenticity of the Thai food flavor!

dinner at siam delight on a friday night was wonderful. the service is friendly and efficient, and the servings are really too big so that there is always enough leftover for at least one more meal! the food is consistently good - both take out and eat in. the wait staff is friendly and willing to make helpful recommendations and offer explanations about everything on the menu. the food arrived promptly and hot at a reasonable price. a terrific meal on a blustery cold fall night - hit the spot!

When travelling, especially for extended periods, for are looking for something a little lighter on the digestion, if you know what I mean.Well the New England Soup Factory in Salem is perfect. It offers a range of lunch items but the house specialty is its award winning soups. And they are wonderful! I had the clam chowder with corn and my companion had the chicken and vegetable with noodles - both were excellent.The young lady serving was extremely courteous and helpful and more than willing to offer tastings of the various goods to first timers.It was a wonderful, light but tasty lunch. We highly recommend this property.

I hate to leave the first 'poor' review for a restaurant, but I feel obliged to after tonight's experience.If you just order sushi here, I am sure you will have a good - or at *least* okay - experience.Unfortunately, the noodle dishes really let this restaurant down. I ordered the pork ramen and, though not very picky in general, I have to say it was the worst ramen I've ever eaten (my ramen experience ranges from store bought 25 cent ramen to good ramen at nice restaurants in Japan.) I paid extra for the pork (fine), but the resulting meal was unflavored, fatty clear broth, ramen noodles, no other seasoning or vegetables, and pork that tasted like heated up frozen breaded pork cutlets. Comparing the quality of this dish with the cost ($13.95), the value was awful.I strongly recommend the restaurant remove the ramen from its menu; it let the otherwise good meal down.Aside from this, the feel of the restaurant was pleasant enough, and the staff friendly (although the service was pretty slow when seated in a tucked away part of the sushi counter.)
