Having been to this establishment before as our go-to Chinese destination outside of Chinatown, our most recent experience has now left me with a yearning to find another Chinese restaurant for one BIG main reason: the CLUELESS WAITRESS! This Neanderthal was so clueless that when we asked for extra plates she didn't know what that meant! I felt like we were living a recent episode of ABC's "What Would You Do" where the patrons were upset with their waiter for non-service related issues. My first indication this was going to be a less-than memorable gastronomic experience was when I asked her how was the Mongolian Beef prepared and she gave me a "deer-in-the-headlights" look and a shrug, so instead I ordered a chow fon dish which she misinterpreted as chow mein! Granted she wasn't oriental, but that's no excuse for now knowing the items on the menu. On top of it, the chicken with spiced vegetables was so bland I left it behind - and that's on the chefs. Needless to say, I am saying "sayonara" to Bamboo cafe and its clueless waitress, and heading back to Chinatown for the real deal!

avoid this dump at all costs! food delivered tonight. black hair first found in teriyaki, then in second order of teriyaki, finally in the rice! absolutely disgusting. drove back, evidence dumped on front desk and full refund demanded and received. even though this place is right around the corner, will never order from there again. would give zero stars if i could.

Compared to other take out cheap Chinese food places this one is just okay. It is not horrible but the fried rice as with many others is dry and bland and tastes like it was sitting out all day. Kung Pau chicken was rubbery and fatty but not too bad. Other than that, Pu Pu Platter selections tasted fine and the delivery was prompt and courteous. The prices for a take out delivery place are expensive and comparable to Bamboo and some of the higher end Chinese food places in the area. If you want higher quality, pick the food up from one of the better places down the street. As for this place, I could take it or leave it.

First visit here at Dedham location for lunch with family to celebrate my wife's birthday. I regularly dine at other P F Chang's for work and family.Service at this location needs a lot of attention, and not just one thing. We all commented, strikingly disappointed:* Entrees arrived before appetizer order without comment or apology to recognize the mess-up of our order* A request followed by a second request for additional sauce was never provided* Dirty dishes--entrees and appetizers and drink glasses--piled up and were never cleared. Even when the check was presented dirty dishes remained in the way, and nothing was cleared. Barely room on the table to sign the credit card.* Water never refilledThe overall impression is inattentiveness and we don't care from start to finish. On the plus side, the food and presentation were as expected, and four brewskis offered on draught.So because I care, I emailed the General Manager of the Dedham location with these issues before posting this review. No response. Why am I not surprised?Menu Suggestion: Add a traditional gin martini to the drinks menu. Disappointing omission. I chose the Dirty Olive Martini from menu, and would have preferred a traditional martini

We were in Norwood for a dance competition and were so excited to find a Shabu place. We have NONE in our state :(. We were seated right away and had a great waitress. The choices were the same as the places we have been in Boston. We ordered the regular soup base and the kimchi. Everything came out quickly and was standard for shabu. I did love how there were instructions at the table though. I have not seen that before! I ordered an avocado and mango roll, again something I have not seen before. It was excellent. The restaurant was not too busy, but it is so good. We had to park a block away, but it was just a short walk. We are so happy to know that the next time we are in the area for competition we have another shabu place to go to! There are really yummy candies on the table in the front on the way out, be sure to grab one!! If the owners are reading we desperately need shabu restaurants in NH so come on up!

Small place in the Islington section of Westwood...clean, neat, and always fresh food...It has a sushi bar, and the selection and presentation is very nice. They have a liquor license, and a cold Tsing Tao always complements the variety of the menu offerings!The manager' s careful oversight combines with his friendly nature to make this a very pleasant place to visit...if in the neighborhood, stop in...

The buffet at Bamboo is wonderful! Additional, they have been able to provide excellent Japanese and Chinese food. The interior was just upgraded in a stylish and tasteful asian aesthetic. The restaurant is very clean, service excellent and price very competitive for the high quality food. They have a sushi bar and small bar. Highly recommend that you try this restaurant and you will not be disappointed.
