I had a lovely, healthy lunch here. My "Mother Earth" salad was filled with super nutritious ingredients (kale, grilled root veggies, organic brown rice, grilled chicken). It was filling and tasty. My only complaint was the chewiness of the kale. Perhaps if it had been shredded into smaller ribbons, it would not have been such a workout! I loved seeing the koi swimming around while eating.

We had a lovely lunch sitting at a table overlooking the mountains with a refreshing breeze. We had a great burger, delicious fries, delicious grilled veggie cheese sandwich and excellent soup of the day which was chicken curry. The "herbade" was out of this world, and the lemonade was also good, but the herbade is something very special. Excellent service, and a discount if you're a Trustees member, which we are, so all the better! Food is thoughtfully prepared and presented, very good menu, focus on the seasonal.

We've been coming here sporadically for a few years and it's always a good experience. It's an upscale, small town store that sells everything from artisan beers, to candy, to fresh made pastries. There's a full coffee counter where you can get lattes and cappuccinos etc, as well as breakfast and lunch. The food is fresh and tasty, and you can eat in the wood-beamed store, or take it outside to eat next to the old cemetery. Upstairs there is a space for live music and there's a book swap. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

Very good lunch with friends after playing disc golf at one of the two nearby 18 hole Devens courses. Roll-up chicken with variety of veggies was very tasty. Pizza on a thin crust just as good. And our vegan playing partner really enjoyed the healthy choices. What a find!

I had high hopes for this place. I must start off with saying the food overall was excellent I had the Bacon, Sausage, Onions, Peppers, Cheddar omelet and my fiancee had the Arugula, Asparagus, goat cheese omelet both were done extremely well and tasted great. The big drawback is the service. I rate this on how fast I'm asked for a refill on my coffee which in this case never happened and where never looked in upon. So as a breakfast place for the price and service I will not be back. Sorry I had high hopes for something in the center of town.Thank you for your visit and I'm glad you enjoyed your omelets! Being a counter-service cafe, drip coffee refills are requested up at the espresso bar. I am sorry that expectations were otherwise and I do hope you will come back for another visit.
The Billoiards cafe is a top knotch pool, food and libation establishment for parties, individuals, pool tournaments and families. Cant beat for atmosphere, service or price.
This little donut shop that just opened in Ayer Ma, Ruby Donut, makes the best donuts that the big chain place doesn't hold a match to.. Each donut has their own individual flavor, and the freshness is unbelievable.. They have Bear Claws like they use to be back in the day.. Apple fritters with a real home made taste like your grand mother would serve up.. The place isn't fancy, so don't get your hopes up there, but if you want the best donuts around, give Ruby a try... You wont be disappointed...
