Super cool Cafe which is housed inside an antique mill building which once owned by Towle's silverware company. Cozy, spacious and warm. Great customer service combined with terrific food. Homemade corned beef hash is my favorite... they also make breakfast bowls filled with all your favorites.

a friend from newburyport introduced me to this better than average cafe when i last visited. it is definitely no frills - menus on blackboards, counter service, grab a seat wherever you can find one. but the food is really really good - fresh breads and pastries, wonderful salads and house made soups that vary from day to day. the food is consistently GOOD!!! i have been (and will continue to be) back and enjoy it every time!
Great traditional breakfast spot. Best part is the great selection of muffins available early in the morning. No better selection early in the morning in Newburyport area. Fantastic egg sandwiches on biscuits.

First time. The name of the restaurant is misleading -- there's no view of the marsh from inside the restaurant. The place itself is dingy and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It needs an update -- the ugly black/brown industrial carpet and homely dining furniture should be replaced. I like old-school as much as anyone, but this place lacks any charm whatsoever. I just had coffee and a turnover -- the turnover was good but average, and the coffee was below-average. Even if the place has good food, portions and prices, the atmosphere is a turn-off.

Browsing through Newburyport, found good reviews for Angie's and decided to give it a try. Line went to the back of the restaurant but moved quickly. Standard mom and pop diner menu. Cheesesteak and gyro were both very good, coffee refills plentiful, good seasoned waitress. Perfect spot for a good quick meal, would definitely return.

The other reviews were right! The french toast bagel was awesome! Bought an assortment (wish I bought a few more of the french toast ones!) along with their homemade cream cheese. Yum! Ate them at our AirBnb - not much seating, although thereâs a beautiful courtyard nearby.
