Like stepping back in time to the Seventies, the Steakloft is a friendly place with a very traditional "American" menu. The service was good, the food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable. However, there was nothing really to pull one back. Nothing really stood out, except for the friendliness of the server. The food was very good, but not truly memorable. Oddly, the Cobb salad did not come with bacon. The stuffed shrimp was exactly as stuffed shrimp was as I remembered it being back in Seventies. Decor is stuck back in the Seventies. An old fashioned bar seems quite out of place in Northborough. Oh, and the bathrooms were acceptable.

Local family owned and operated breakfast, lunch and fish 'fry-day' restaurant serving traditional comfort foods along with classic New England FRESH seafood on Friday nights.
Sunday morning early breakfast and the new-ish cafe in town has a good crop of local elders on the barstools chatting away. We had a very good breakfast-the stack of pumpkin pancakes (it's autumn!) was too big to finish. Eggs and hash browns were perfectly done. Coffee and tea came with refills. Service was good, decor simple, but welcoming. Prices fair all around. We will have to return for the lunch or ice cream options. Thanks for coming in! And for the Great review!

Welcome to Harry's Restaurant, family owned and operated for two generations. A roadside diner serving some of the best fried clams in Metrowest. Harry's, known as a route 9 hangout, has been around since 1946. The decor is vinyl galore, but you can expec
We ordered a large WHOLE clam belly plate and got a whole lot of clam strips and the smallest bellies I'd ever seen. I had to blink a few times before I could see them. The plate was $26 which was not worth the money. Harry's do not take credit cards either which is fine if the meal was worth it which it was NOT!!!! I wish I had taken a picture of it because it was laughable when I saw it. I would have given 2 stars if the fried batter had some taste but it was so bland. I had to ask for more tartar sauce so that I could soak my clam strips in it. I would definitely not come back. Bernie's at Chicopee, MA has the best whole clam bellies if you're willing to drive further...huge bellies, the batter is tasty and great portions...it's well worth the money...fyi.
