Reviews on Soups food in Hudson, Massachusetts, United States. Hudson is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States, with a total population of 19,063 as of the 2010 census. Before its incorporation as a town in 1866, Hudson was a neighborhood and unincorporated village of Marlborough, Massachusetts, and was known as Feltonville. From around 1850 until the last shoe factory burned down in 1968, Hudson was known as a "shoe town." At one point, the town had 17 shoe factories, many of them powered by the Assabet River, which runs through town. Because of the many factories in Hudson, immigrants were attracted to the town. Today most people are of either Portuguese or Irish descent, with a smaller percentage of people being of French, Italian, English, or Scots-Irish descent. While some manufacturing remains in Hudson, the town is now primarily residential. Hudson is served by the Hudson Public Schools district.

We grab grinders here often. There are the usual sandwiches and then some seasonal specialties. I have never been disappointed. There are also lots of unique snacks in addition to chips and pretzels offered. I personally love the chicken salad. It is moist with lots of chicken and not dripping with mayonnaise. Bacon's Liquors being attached is always a bonus!

Wanted to place an online order for a morning open room morning of our son's wedding, as family & friends wandering in and out as we prepared for the wedding. Could not place order on line for pickup as no US based credit care (really Panera? Most of the world's population lives OUTSIDE of the USofA!), so went round at 8.30a Sat morning 04 Aug. Staff busy speaking to one another, moving to and fro, but we had to call for help at counter. Staffer was clearly either very new or very badly trained as he had to ask questions about nearly everything, forgot multiple items on the order, and failed to ring up several items we did order...when we we went back to inform him of this, his response was a frankly astonished "You want to PAY for stuff we didn't charge you for?!?" Um, yeah, we do, and yeah we did. Karma counts and the mistakes of an idiot should not mean we treat the company wrongly.
