This location is typically busy. The day we went generally felt very rushed and the noise level was very high. We were seated in a main aisle and were bumped by wait staff several times. We ordered a pasta dish with fettuccine and alfredo sauce. It was bland, with little flavor. My daughter had a dish with white rice that had a chemical taste to it and was undercooked. The best part of our meal were the two types of bread and the key lime cheesecake. The $100.00 bill was high for the amount of food we received. We were disappointed and will likely never come here again.Thank you for taking time to give us your feedback. We are sorry we have not been able to provide you with an exceptional experience. We were really surprised at the great dining experience we had at Chopps for our Christmas dinner! The service was was incredible! Our server, Tina, was so friendly and helpful. She had great recommendations. She was right there for anything we needed. The food was incredible! I had short ribs. It was hot and sooooo tender. No knife needed. My husband had a pork chop. He says it was the best he has ever had. And the chocolate mousse cake is to die for! The atmosphere was relaxing . It was just just a perfect dining experience.

This reminds me of places around nyc in the 70's when fondue was hot. This is not a cheap place dinner for 2 about $100. Meal was just ok for this money can go to a nice steak or fish house for a far more satisfying mealHi Bert,Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am wondering if you got a chance to try our filet and sirloin sections, particularly with our Cast Iron Grill, if this might change your opinion. I think that you would find that more to your liking. Hopefully you will get a chance to come back another time and try those selections.Thank you!Cate PedreschiAsst. GM/Owner
