Dublin Rose is a neat Irish bar/restaurant. Very authentic looking inside. Went for a late lunch. Food and cocktails are very good. Our waitress was amazing! She did not have to write anything down when taking our drink or food order and everything was spot on when it came to table. No mix-ups or items missing and there were 8 of us!!!! Wish I could remember her name. New England Clam Chowder is a MUST to try as well as the Coconut Ginger Mojitos which are on the specialty cocktail menu!!!!!!!

Stopped in for a light lunch with the girls. Fun location, nice old building lends to the atmosphere.Staff was welcoming and kind. Beers were cold and properly poured and our appetizers hit the spot! Definitely will return when back in the area.
The Black Duck Tavern serves exceptional Craft Beers and Cocktails in a comfortable speakeasy/gastropub setting.
Went here for a flight of beers. Did not eat here. They have a good mix of beers but the flight was pretty expensive 4 for $15. Nice bar.

Nice little place, a la pub! The drinks were good, service efficient and very nice server. I only base my "average" rating because of the food. I ordered fish & chips, which is a standard in New England. Their standard tarter sauce (I LOVE tarter sauce and when it runs out, I stop eating!) but The Admiral's take on it is to have it spicy. I don't eat spicy, nor do I expect it with this standard comfort food! The were kind enough to make up a more standard batch, which was .... ok. The fish was just ok as well....way more fish than batter and really, I prefer a bit more thin piece of fish to have batter with every bite. Clearly, this is all just my preference. You may love it the way it is!!!

We visited KC's Classic Burger Bar in Seekonk, MA, having enjoyed a previous visit to their Attleboro location. Arriving about 11:30 a.m. on the Sunday morning of the Thanksgiving weekend, we were greeted by Michaela, who seated us immediately. We enjoyed her friendly personality and attentive service. The fried macaroni and cheese balls and the PB&J chicken wings were delicious! We'd definitely recommend any of the huge burgers we ordered...the DuesenBurger (with baby spinach, grilled mushrooms, onion, Swiss cheese, tomato, and garlic aioli), the Rise and Shine Burger (included a hash brown potato, bacon, fried egg, American cheese, and maple baconnaise), and The Super Sport (with Cajun spice, fried pickles, Pepperjack cheese, and chipotle mayonnaise). From a variety of sides, we chose either potato salad or house-made potato chips. The only disappointment was that we had no room to try dessert! Next time!We had a great time, in a very clean restaurant, with friendly, efficient staff, and DELICIOUS food! Definitely a repeat for our family!
We had well prepared entry as well as presentation. Burgers were huge and flavorful. Drinks were excellent and creatively mixed .Don't let vacant buildings across the street influence a decision to grab a bit here. The interior is industrial with exposed ceiling and a nice bar area separate from dining area. Everything about this restaurant will make you want to visit again. Great for before Theater eats .

My partners and I attended last Saturday for dinner. The service was inviting and friendly. Free refills of iced tea were a plus. Scallops are served with delicate sauces of wine, broth, cream, and spices. Fried whole belly clams are a must. Crabcake presentation was ample and generous, complete with greens and a mini salad. Sauce for the crabcake was scrumptious. The prime rib from the surf and turf combination was extraordinary.Ambient noise is loud. Acoustics are not perfect.

Went to Square Peg after this restaurant was recommenced to us by many friends. We took our four kids for lunch on September 8th. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and we were really looking forward to it. Our bad experience started with the hostess. She was unwelcoming and mostly silent. I was confused why the restaurant even had her there as she said virtually nothing to us. Six people just walked into your restaurant and are standing in front of you waiting for a table and not even a âhello, how are you doing today?â came from her mouth. The waitress who came to our table first was pleasant enough. Took our drink order and brought out some fried pickles. We ordered our entrees and were mostly happy at that point. But then our food never arrived. And the waitress never checked on us for drink refills or to provide any updates on our food. It was like the twilight zone. My kids were behaving really well and I finally had to walk them down the street as they were getting anxious and were hungry. Three separate walks later and over 60 minutes of wait time and still no food or updates. Finally my wife and I both went up to the register near the kitchen to inquire about our food and was told it would not be that much longer. At that point the kids were not interested in sitting down and we were past hungry, more upset at this point. It would have been a mildly better experience had the waitress checked on us once in an hour, but that didnât happen. We paid for what drinks and food we consumed and politely left the restaurant. I canât imagine that this place will stay in business as anything more than a bar with experiences like this one. Itâs too bad as itâs a pretty neat place in a cool location. I hope the owners are made aware of their service issues so they can improve. We, however, wonât be going back.
