We have been going to Cronin's for many years now and have never been disappointed with their good food, neighborhood atmosphere, cold adult beverages, friendly staff. The steak & chicken tips are worth the ride themselves. We were there recently with out-of-town family who had been there with us on a prior occasion a couple of years ago and, because they had enjoyed that visit so much it was their choice to go there again. The wing dings are a treat that we have over & over. We have never had a bad experience at Cronin's. Remember, it's a great neighborhood place with great food be patient with the wait staff as they tend the bar as well.

A local pub that was renovated a few years ago.It is a clean well maintained environment populated primarily by locals attracted by inexpensive prices and above average food. The menu is not large ,but does contain daily specials at ridiculously low prices.Sandwiches like chicken parm and steak tips sub are good size (most times we are not able to finish them.Sandwiches are accompanied by either well made fries or fresh onion rings. There are a limited number of entrees.Service is excellent which is suprising given that there is quite a turnover in waitresses and bartenders.Only downside is that food can be slow getting to the table once its been ordered. The kitchen is tiny.

Port 305

Ok. I love brussel sprouts. Period. But the brussel sprouts at Port 305 made some ambivalent brussel sprouts eaters at my table stare wide eyed with delight after tasting the well seasoned vegetable. Amazing! I’d come back just for that appetizer alone. Briana, our server, was kind, attentive but not obtrusive, and efficient. We’re vegetarians. We had the vegetable rice bowl (another well seasoned item!), tomato basil flatbread, and hummus with dippable veggies and bread. All wonderful and we would definitely order them again next time. My sister-in-law loves beets and ordered the warm beet and kale salad—and doesn’t plan to order it again. Took too long to chew and was fairly flavorless. The risoto with seasonal vegetables tasted like there was too much butter in it but the consistency was right. The veggie burger. Underwhelming. Pretty but nothing special. If you have read some of my other reviews, you know I know my veggie burgers. This was not a keeper (oh, speaking of keepers—I should tell you how beautiful the marina is that you can watch out the windows in the restaurant). The board walk to the restaurant, Briana, and the brussel sprouts were the highlights of our evening and we would go back again without hesitation (the kale salad and risoto keep me from rating a 5 star...)

The Fowler House has been recently renovated and with new management it is like a entire new place while still maintaining the traditions of yesterday. The appetizers and pub food are really good. I recommend the boneless buffalo chicken and the Fowler House pizza (has everything but the kitchen sink)

Rozafa Mediterranean Bistro

Enjoyed absolutely delicious coffee (poured in generous mugs) and a fresh, filling and very tasty breakfast. It was quiet on this late weekday morning but the food took time - based on the taste I'm assuming that's because everything is cooked to order. Well worth the wait. My companion made a menu-change request that was cooked exactly as requested. Best breakfast out in a long time!

After our first choice was closed, we ran right into this establishment. I must say pleasantly surprised, nice selection, generous portions and attentive service. I thought the atmosphere was excellent, reminded me of some previous places I’ve been, this is definitely worth a stop.

Just had a quick drink with friends who go there all the time. So funny, they really do know everybody's names! Clearly a locals place: friendly service, nice atmosphere. The bar area decor is pretty basic/simple. I did not have any food, but my friends say the food is great! Parking a bit tight and fills up fast.

Ate here a couple of times when staying at the hotel. I found the food to be OK but not exceptional. I had Fish and chips and enjoyed it, was fairly regular stuff. Scallop dish was better and good value given the number you get. Deserts weren’t brilliant but again were ok. If staying in the hotel it’s perfectly adequate, especially because there are literally no alternatives in walking distance. Value is OK as well, not super expensive but not cheap either, probably about right for standard.

The Fours Restaurant Quincy

Reviewed By BillSir2013

Two friends and I had dinner together at The Fours on a Thursday evening. We sat in the main dinning room which offered a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Waitress attended us right away and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Two of us had the salmon or stuffed haddock dinner, which were both excellent. The third person had a stuffed chicken selection. Servings were plentiful, We didn't have room for dessert. Entrees might be considered by some a little expensive, $20 and above, though sides come with the meals. City of Quincy offers free evening parking at several nearby lots, which made coming to The Fours for dinner less stressful.
