A soul-less place that reeks of cleaning fluid. With that said a good range of beers, food at reasonable prices with burgers starting at $9. You can eat here on a budget and the service was good.

We have our "original" main bar and grille open daily for lunch and dinner. Lewis' now features our Grille Room Restaurant open Tuesday thru Thursday for dinner (4pm-close), Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner (11am-close), Sunday for brunch and dinner (
This a Norwood family diner. It's loud but it's a welcoming place to bring your family. Most of the diners were regular guests. And seems like most of the staff knew the diners. The service is bit slower due to the heavy capacity. But the food is great and staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a grilled chicken breast and my wife had a jambalaya. The portions were good and the taste too.

The Patriot is a hidden gem! Their burger is the best that Iâve tasted. The roll is a sweet roll which is lightly toasted, the burger is always perfectly grilled and the result is one of the tastiest burgers we have ever had. Equally delicious is the pot roast and their pastrami sandwich.

Finnegan's Wake certainly has lots of potential with it's spacious dining room, decently sized bar with 3 huge tv's, generous portions, and reasonable prices. Though the potential is there, the food quality, beer selection, and service are in need of some tweaks. As others have mentioned, try doing some hand-cut fries. Also, I am 99% sure that the mashed potatoes for the bangers and mash were instant due to the texture and flavor. Regarding the draught and beer selection, as we are living in the age of craft beer they have far to many domestics and national beers on tap.

Food was tasty, portions were ample, atmosphere was a bit loud for us and service was just okay. We come here every year or so. We like using the crayons of the paper table coverings!
We have been to this restaurant many times. It has a fun, friendly atmosphere. The food selections consists of pizza, burgers and a variety of fried foods such as clams - good basic cooking. The pizza is reliably great. The salads are good generously sized with a variety of greens. The scallops which I frequently have are usually pretty good. I do the broiled, but I have a friend who does the fried. Overall the menu is varied. This is a popular place - a friend calls it the local townie bar. Very solid place.

Took my family out for lunch on a Saturday. Not overly crowded, and quick service. My kids enjoyed the mac and cheese. I had and average reuben, but thought the atmosphere was very nice.

The food here is good, but the kids menu doesnât fly with my kids. The salads here are great. I had the steak and blue salad which was nice. My kids had the chicken fingers and fries. This is the second time they would not eat them. To greasy. Service is good.

This is a lovely old building, and there used to be another restaurant here years ago, so we were excited to try it again. We were a group of 6 seated in the bird room (gorgeous, large photographs of herons and egrets) with a special challenge of almost all seniors and one guest with advanced Alzheimer's. Maddy did a super job of taking our orders and keeping us updated on what was happening in the kitchen. There were several things that were not up to par. From the time we were seated to the first bite was almost one hour First of all, why did it take so long for clam chowder? Surely each bowl wasn't made from scratch. Second, the ratio of haddock to bun in the sandwich was disappointing. The fish was okay, but the huge bun was out of proportion. Third, the flatbread used for the eggplant parmigiana was done panini style so that by the time you were ready to eat the second part of your sandwich, it was soggy and needed to be eaten with a fork and knife. Were the truffle fries good? Yes. Maddy suggested them, and she was right. But the rest of the food was ok. Not great, not bad, just ok, which made my very sad. I was hoping to love this place.

I don't understand why the owner took a perfectly good local restaurant -- Zebra's -- and re-did it with unattractive and brutalist design, most unwelcoming, and implemented a menu with a strange concept. Very little on the menu appeals. The former friendly bar where you could get oysters buck-a-shuck is gone. Townies that used to come often don't seem to be here anymore.
