While some manufacturing remains in Hudson, the town is now primarily residential. Hudson is served by the Hudson Public Schools district.

This restaurant is your typical pizza and burger joint. They serve a wide variety of pizza, calzone, chicken meals and burgers. You will likely be able to find a few of these places where ever you are. The meals are well priced and filling. They are not over the top or fancy. However they are exactly what you asked for. Perfect to go when you need food for a group of friends or a take out meal that is not fast food. So while this style of restaurant is nothing new, they are the best in town. Their prices are the same yet they serve a bit more and taste better than everyone else in town and that is why they stand out over everyone similar. Defiantly worth going back to.

I like the fact that healthy options are readily available. My favorite is avocado toast (shareable) - delicious mashed avocado with honey glazed burrata cheese and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta bread. Pesto Chicken Salad Caprese is also awesome. And you can build your own pizza. Loved the service, the atmosphere, and the spacious modern interior. Been at this very nice place three times and have not been disappointed so far.

tarted out for a different Italian Restaurant in a near by town, but it was closed. So I chose this place. I am so glad that I did. I showed up about 1 hour before closing and the place was still hopping with mostly locals, (which is a great sign). I was seated right away, and served fresh hot bread from the kitchen. I ordered the Cherry-stone Clam Special with linguine. Excellent choice. All of the food was served quickly, fresh, and steaming hot. The aroma of the place was Italian heaven, with a great hardworking staff out front, and both old and young cooks in the back. Everyone there including the staff looked like they were having a great time. My meal was great, and the portions were large and well worth the very low price. Many patrons came and went with a thriving take-out business along with the in house seating. All-in-all I was very impressed with everything. The reason this place got a 5.0 from me is because there is not a higher number. Great job! Thanks.
I have ordered from Brother's TONS of times...but it's not the most amazing thing around.Crust is a bit tough and greasy....but I will put up with that for their feta pizza....that alone is worth everything! Add some garlic, brocc, and tomato...and it's heaven on a plate!I do not suggest their onion rings, but the wraps are yummy

Pizza was just ok. I made the mistake ordering Pizza. I was told the sandwiches here are really good. The Pizza was just OK, cheese all over the place. I guess it depends what your looking for.

CJ's does it right. Very easy online ordering, great food, reasonable prices, speedy and courteous delivery. SO MUCH BETTER than places you have to call on the phone to order and hope they get it right. "Did you says peppers ... or did you say pepperoni? Please hold!"

Our bill was well over $30 for two tiny pizza with black-charred crusts. Not much else to say sadly.Dear world traveler 365, Iâm sorry to read you were less than satisfied with your wood fired pizzas. Iâd like to clarify though that the size of the pizzas are actually one size, 12 inches round, priced st fair market value and some charring is to be expected due to the nature of our Italian woodfired oven as advertised. We pride ourselves on the authenticity of our 100% wood fired pizza and the high quality standards we maintain.Hope this helps,Dave

We stopped here after a visit to the American Heritage Museum. Arrived about 1pm, on a Friday. We were seated immediately. A nice, well decorated interior seating area. Some outdoor seating adjacent to the front sidewalk, is available. But no alcoholic beverages are served outdoors, due to local laws. We had the crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer. Very good. And the Mexican Corn Flatbread, with chicken, was fresh and flavorful. The sprouts, flatbread and four sangrias were $77. So, a little pricey by our standards. It may be the going rate for this area. Regardless. Very Good food and excellent service.
