I love Village Pizza, they have the best food. There pitas are to die for especially the chicken stir fry pita. The owners are very friendly. Great for takeout. I love the homeade pita's no matter which one you get they are the best!

Visiting Six Flags one summer afternoon, our family noticed Ferrentinoâs across the street from the top of a water slide. Given the high cost of amusement park food, we took a break and crossed over for dinner. Set in a mini mall, itâs not much to talk about with neon Budweiser signs in the dark windows. Walking inside, itâs an ordinary diner décor. We took a seat in the booth near the counter. It was noticeably loose and wobbly with litter underneath. Since we were hungry, we ordered a large cheese pizza with sodas for all. It soon arrived and was really big, along with paper plates, plastic utensils and napkins thrown on the table. While we ate, several lifeguards with six flags shirts from the water park walked in for dinner as the water park had just closed. We thought it was amusing that even the park staff doesnât eat food at the park. The pizza was really good and we just managed to finish the entire sheet of pizza. Although itâs not superior dining, we enjoyed our food at Ferrentinoâs for a pretty good price.

The staff was all smiles and very friendly here... This is small unassuming place in a strip mall but the food is excellent! Had the Stromboli and it was wonderful and big fo just $8 loved it! Not to doughy and just the right amount of cheese and hamburger. My friend had calzone and was perfect too! Very good neighborhood place - will be back when in area!

Valenti's is family owned and operated for 42 years, conveniently located on the corner of Cooper Street and Main Street in Agawam, MA. They serve Italian/American food featuring full dinners, pizza, calzones, seafood and grinders with beer and wine available. They are open Monday - Friday from 9 am to 9 pm and closed on the weekend, only 5 minutes from Six Flags.Favorites include the baked sea scallops, eggplant Parmesan dinner, their broccoli and chicken white pizza and honey mustard chicken wrap. Also offered are soup, salads, sandwiches, two sizes of grinders and a children menu. This venue is small and can eat in or take out. Always a great meal served with a smile!

Uno's Chicago Grill by the river in Springfield, MA has a great outdoor section with live musical entertainment. You can have nice deep dish or any of the other tasty meals they offer, while dining outside on the patio, listening to some great groups and songs. A very relaxing and entertaining evening, great for couples of most ages. It can get a little noisy at times depending on the size of the crowds, and the noise level of the bands. I recommend you seat at least 5 to 8 tables away from the stage. I like the opposite end of the patio. Get there early to get a good seat. The outside entertainment ends in the fall and starts in the spring. Parking is sometimes a little tight when other places are having special events.

We had not been to Pizzeria Uno in years. The pizza was still excellent and the menu has a lot more variety than year's past. Service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Convenient if you are staying in the attached Hilton Garden Inn and very close to the Basketball Hall of Fame. A good affordable dining option for your family if you are visiting the area. The food is available as room service to the attached Hilton Garden Inn.

Eclectic little restaurant in West Springfield, Ma. Excellent pizza, the portions are HUGE. Toppings are generous and they will customize whatever you want. Wings are amazing too. They have an extensive menu but these are the two things we have tried SO FAR!! We will definitely go back. Order early in the evenings, weekends because they are Busy. Small parking lot ......that is my only critic. Very friendly staff. You won't be disappointed!

I'm sure I'm not the first guy to skip the overpriced amusement park concessions in favor of some neighborhood eats. Nicky's was perfect for that. As a New Yorker I'm a bit of a pizza snob, that said after a day of roller coasters and water slides Nicky's huge oddly shaped slices hit the spot. It's not MY pizza, but it's not Papa John's either. Eggplant grinder was really good -even by NY standards :) (and the price when compared to what we would have paid in 6 flags...$3 for a giant slice! Huge win for Nicky's)

What a surprise! My family and I were searching for a new Italian Restaurant with great pizza options. This brought back memories of pizza from my father-in-lawâs shop! Excellent taste, crust, sauce, abundant servings.We had the lasagna, baked ziti, and the cheese pizza. Letâs just say, weâve already gone again, and this place has become our go to spot for Thursday night pizza!

The test of any good restaurant is a busy Friday night. We arrived early, just ahead of the crowd. Service was friendly and not rushed despite the packed house.We lingered for a bit, catching up with family over our drinks.We ordered a large pizza, with 3 toppings. It was delicious. The crust and the sauce were outstanding, good testimony to a consistent, well run establishment.Red Rose pizza is like none other!
