We came for a late breakfast and werenât disappointed. Excellent quality, well cooked and presented. Iâve never had such good quality Cornbeef hash in all our years travelling to the US. A really extensive breakfast menu served all day. Clean and fresh seating area. Weâll be back tomorrow for sure!

.Had another GREAT meal at Joe's in Cape Cod Mall on the next to the last Tuesday in September with my best friend for life and relatives from off-Cape, out of state and from a friendly, familiar, foreign and near country. Manager Mr. Lopes took us to a centrally-located half-booth near the kitchen as all the full booths were full in spite of the threat of a looming bashing from the remnants of hurricane Florence later that afternoon..GREAT waitress Amanda breaded, dipping sauced, wined, beered, watered and chowdered us as the first course in another fabulous meal at Joe's. Mr. Lopes was kind enough to take a memorial photo of we four..I had the salmon; It was described in a special box on the menu--a sign that I should choose it, I thought. It came with a tasty sauce on top, sitting on a generous portion of mashed sweet potatoes and surrounded by too many by two roasted Brussels sprouts. It was done to perfection. Thanks, Amanda, for asking how I wanted my fish cookedâwell. Yummy in the tummy; nutrish and delish..After all that, there was no room for dessert even though the menu had warned us to save room..In addition to being a great meal, visiting Joe's is always a great experience. The food is great--the magicians in the kitchen perform their magic up to very high standards every time; service is consistently great--thank you, again, Amanda; prices are very reasonable. And if that isn't enough, Cape Cod Mall is just outside the back door with lots of space to walk off some of the calories..This is our favorite year-around sit-down table-service restaurant in Hyannis. I hope to be back soon. It would be nice to see you there then. Tell Mr. Lopes you read about his GREAT eatery in Trip Advisor. He is a VERY nice, hard-working manâthe perfect host. Quaint place on the water with very good food. Parking is valet only. Once inside, you are met by a hostess and seated soon after. Recommend having a reservation as they are very busy and very popular. Dress is Cape casual which means virtually anything goes. Better dress seems to help with the staff attention.

This location is inside the Cape Codder resort building, may be hard to find. No waiting for us, I've been coming to the Hearth N Kettle since I was a kid with my parents. I brought my husband here as an adult. He loved it too :) I wish the waitstaff wore colonial uniforms like they used to, adds to the ambiance. Roasted red potatoes and hash browns are great, and the chocolate chip pancakes are the best!

The Mills is a definite must on anyoneâs list for breakfast or lunch. I have eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience. The food is fresh and simply superb. The service is impeccable and oh so friendly. As someone stated this place is a hidden gem of perfection. Itâs a must for me, my friends and family every time weâre on the Cape. We just love it. Today I ordered an omelette with baby spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese with a side of Canadian bacon. It was unbelievable! Their fresh squeezed orange juice is just perfect. Such terrific praise! Thanks so much for sharing such high compliments.We hope to serve you again soon!

We were traveling with our dogs and wanted seafood take out. Cooke's Seafood offered many items on the menu and we were very pleased with our orders. Our fish was very fresh and nicely seasoned. It was even packaged on a chinet-type plate and not just in a take out box. We recommend Cooke's for fresh seafood take out.

Three of us had a delicious meal at the Spoon and Seed. Though it is not a fancy restaurant ("rustic, down to earth" might do) the service was excellent and the food was delicious with large portions. We had to take two out of the three dishes home to enjoy an another day they were so plentiful. We had the Hippie Burger, Curried Chicken, and the Chicken Parm sandwich and none of us were disappointed in our choices. The restaurant is not your typical location for a Hyannis restaurant. It is neither in downtown Hyannis; nor is it in the mall or on Route 132. It is close to Independence Drive, which connects to Route 132. They are open Tuesday through Friday for breakfast and lunch, and Saturday and Sunday for brunch. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Check it out if you are in the Hyannis area for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
