We are a family owned pizza shop located in South Amherst and are proud to be the oldest pizza place in Amherst run by its original owners. Our pizza is crafted from a family recipe, hand-tossed and topped with fresh, whole ingredients. Our dough and sauc
This is the second time I've had pizza from them. The first time was delivered and it was in a timely fashion. We ordered one gluten free (10" only), two regular and one vegan (they use Daiya). Everyone was very hungry after our move and the pizza was eaten along with curry. No complaints! We went to Sibies last night expecting to sit and eat there as some Yelp reviews had stated there was a large dining room. Well.... not so. It is a standard sub/pizza shop, actually a bit basic in appearance. Inside is simply a counter at which to order. Outside is one picnic table at the front next to the parking lot and one table around the corner. This was a Sunday night and the cantina next door was VERY busy so there were cars and pedestrians coming and going at all times. We chose to take the pizza home. The wait time was about 20 min. We ordered the 16" Mediterranean Veg - half vegan, half regular ($21 including tax and the $1.75 discount found on the menu). It was delicious! The crust was the perfect crunchy soft combination and the flavors were well matched and it was still hot when we arrived at home. The two of us ate all of it - 4 large pieces each. I was stuffed and my partner had had the perfect amount. I usually make my own pizza, but sometimes it's nice to have a quick dinner. They also have subs, wraps, wings, stuffed breads, salads, calzones, beverages and Ben & Jerry's ice cream pints available for sale. I have not tried anything but their pizza. I think the next time I will choose my own combination of toppings... there will be a next time.

Recently in town for the NLF Club Lax Chmpionships and decided to eat locally after games on Saturday. Didn't have to go far from the University to find a great college hangout. Tons of beer on tap, lots of room and just loud enough to hear yourself talk :) Seriously, not a bad choice for lunch on a hot Saturday after watching lax all morning. We started with a few drafts while we waited about 30 minutes for a table of 8. We were visited quickly by our server but that's as good as it good from her. She definately was not interested in us or working that day :( The good news is that the appetizers of nachos, chili and fried pickles more than made up for her poor attitude and service. Our lunches were good as well and the pricing was what you'd expect at a pub. Food was actually better than I expected, the beer was cold and company was fantastic. I would go again.

It is a challenge to find highly favorable reviewed restaurants in Amherst. 30Boltwood is a certainty. For lunch, we experienced attentive service by smart wait staff, a menu that was simple (brief) yet included a variety of fresh, enticing selections all at fair prices. My salad was scrumptious as was the peach dessert. Would I return? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

We came here on a Saturday morning with our daughter who is a student at UMass Amherst. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious. They have a variety of breakfast dishes to choose from, some traditional and some more fancy. We felt like the prices were reasonable and we will definitely be back again.

Sleek, modern atmosphere with full service bar serving fusion East meets West cuisine. Additional dining room with bar for special events for up to 100 guests. Covered deck for outdoor dining.
Never had a popover prior to visiting Judy's - theirs was enormous! It was big, juicy and delicious (goodbye, diet!). The place has an ecclectic vibe (mix of styles, great restroom) and the waiting people are polite and friendly - excellent music choice (Franz Ferdinand ). Highly recommend it !

Judie's is a local favorite for over 20 years offering lunch and dinner items. The Mango martini is our favorite beverage at cocktail hour. We enjoy a light bite before the movies and always order Popovers, fresh garden salad and Prince Edward Island mussels the broth is excellent for dipping. In the fall and winter months we always order french onion soup. We've been eating at Judie's for years. P.S. if the popover has not been delivered to you hot, straight from the oven, ask for a replacement! The kitchen has always been happy to oblige.
