When we first came into the restaurant, the greeter could not find our reservation and we had to wait for him to find it. We were then stuffed into a small booth which really should have been larger for four adults, or we should have been given a table. We waited an hour and a half for the food, most of which was cold when it arrived. When we asked to see the manager, he did come out quickly, was very professional, and apologized for the long wait, but most of the food was still cold when it came and had to be reheated. I just wondered why some several people who had come in after us were served before us. Also wonder why our food was not served when it was hot and fresh, rather than sitting wherever it was until it was cold.In addition, the floors were super slippery and I had to hold onto whatever I could find just to walk safely. At 62, I have no desire to fall and break anything.

We once had a run in with a server here a few years ago that tainted our opinion of an otherwise phenomenal evening. We overlooked that event and ventured here again. We were not disappointed! Service is definitely 5 stars from the greeting until the exit.Iâve gone to few steakhouses and this divine piece of meat was the best iâve had in a long time. It was succulent. Even the asparagus was well prepared maintaining that slight crunch and flavorful. After the seafood tower and the bottle of wine, we decided against dessert. We were stuffed. No need to go overboard. Weâll definitely go back!

Happened to come across Capital Grille which had been recommended to us so popped in for lunch. Lovely dinning room, very smart and elegant. Excellent waiter who was attentive and helpful in making recommendations from a number of superb choices on the menu.Chose the Filet Mignon with wild mushrooms. The meat was cooked to perfection and was beautifully succulent and the depth of flavour with the mushrooms was stunning. Unfortunately as we were on business we did not have time to spend time fully enjoying the surroundings, but could have easily spent several hours enjoying meal with a bottle of red wine from the extensive selection.

This place is great, wonderful ambiance, booths for privacy and a great menu. Party of 6, we chose the table menu, like family-style. The appetizer was fried calamari and shrimp.Ti arrived on a large platter, food 6 inches high. Followed thus with a large ceasar salad, also generous and very tasty- not too much dressing. The entree was meatballs and spaghetti.-delish-hugh meatballs. By this time we could not finish and took it home. Service was prompt and polite. We had dessert of chocolate cake, a huge portion shared by all.

Steak, seafood, Creole & other classic American dishes served in a casual yet elegant historical space.
OK, for starters there were nine of us for dinner. Service could not have been better. Even the two children loved their food. I had a halibut with crab and a light cream mustard sauce. Delicious!! Everyone ordered some version of seafood and no one was disappointed.

We headed into this restaurant not knowing what to expect. For a Saturday night, party of 8, they seated us quickly. The table experience with our chef was awesome, entertaining, very fun and funny. Food was amazing, and I would very gladly return to this restaurant. It was a bit pricey, but you need to expect that if you choose this type of venue.
