We were a part of 4, and ordered steak salad, steak medalions, chicken & shrimp pasta, grilled chicken, and crazy fries for an appetizer. We all enjoyed our meals. We had a very roomy circular booth, which was very comfortable. Wait staff (Liz) was exceptional, and really made the evening a lot of fun. We were all stuffed after dinner but did share a skillet cookie ..... yummy. I've eaten here many times, and will continue to return.

When you first arrive, the host of this Texas Steak House chain restaurant introduces you on what they serve including the homemade soft bread and different types of Texas size hand cut steak. While the bread live up to what they preach, but I was very disappointed with the size of their steak and let alone it's taste,, In addition, I asked for medium rare, but the chewy steak looked more like well done or medium. Lastly, the waiter yelled so loud that it literally hurts my ears just because the table next to us had someone with a birthday. Please, give me break when I'm trying to eat in peace.

Met our son and his wife there for dinner. Two of us had steak, one had ribs, and one had chicken. Everyone liked their dinners. My son's mac n cheese looked incredible, so I had to "sneak" a bite. It was delicious. Bread is very good. Most of us had the steamed brocolli which was cooked perfectly. Salads were a decent size. The coffee was very strong...too strong for me. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. I will return again and would recommend.

Ate lunch here on a Saturday. What we liked:1. Friendly, solicitous service from start to finish2. Impeccable food, beautifully garnished, fresh and a delight to the eyes and palate. We ordered two Bento boxes, and they were so lovely: crunchy, light tempura; fresh, flavorful sushi, perfectly done white rice, and a bunch of other things for which I don't have a Japanese name. It was all DELICIOUS.3. Lovely interior. Quiet, low lights, clean and nicely appointed.4. Price was not too high--about what you'd expect. For two lunches and one mixed bar drink the bill came to $30 before tax. What we didn't like:1. Ladies' room was clean but the towel rack was empty.

Charles Street Brasserie offers a unique waterfront dining experience, fusion of Mediterranean and Southern Maryland tapas and shared plates and catering services to the Solomons, MD area.
We really enjoyed the food here, as the tapas concept works well for trying out all of the great dishes offered on the menu. Our waitress's recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed everything. I'd definitely recommend the seafood items, they know what they are doing here. The one strange thing was the cocktails we ordered, as both seemed watered down or missing alcohol, so don't bother, the wine will definitely suffice and you can still enjoy the perfect ambiance and food.
