This was once one of our favorite places to eat, but the last three visits they have consistently been going downhill. Food that should be hot, lukewarm at best, some food was tough and chewy. Lacked the variety they once had, especially vegetables dishes. Some pans almost out, not refilling with fresh food. Employees seem oblivious to customers, on cell phones and not concerned about anything. Cookies were hard from sitting several days, bowls for ice cream dirty. There were more employees then patrons at 6 pm dinner service. For the $35 price for two, not worth it. Will not be returning anytime soon. I can not recommend nor would at this time. They are losing repeat customers which is the foundation of any restaurants business.
Most Popular Soups food in Salisbury, Maryland, United States
Dropped in for a late lunch (4PM); not too many people in so you might expect slower service. We got it, Collean (sic) was very attentive to several other tables just not ours.My Diane order Sweet & Sour Chicken (an American staple not found anywhere in Asia); I, the Mango Chicken; along with Coconut Shrimp & Spring Rolls, and Iced Tea...all to share. The tea arrived, tasted bad, very nasty; thanks we'll have your sodas...The appetizers arrived; spring roll was near cold (but tasted OK)The coconut shrimp was very good. The mains arrived sans plates .. "Oh I get..."Mango Chicken with lots of green peppers....nothing else, very imaginative (in looking back at the menu it was as described...very imaginative and bland)Sweet & Sour...heavily battered, but otherwise as to be expected.Service...waited for refills, albeit they did come; as did the check...overpriced, under taste, and a poor experience when compared to many of these other reviews. My thoughts...don't bother, find another Chinese/Asian restaurant in the area!

I usually eat at the Chinatown buffet located further north, but we wanted a change. Food was hot, fresh and replenished often. Not as much a selections, but food was good. Somethings stood out like the octopus ceviche was excellent, green beans were good and soups looked good. Other things were okay, but nothing special. Place was clean, plenty of parking and seating available. Sushi looked fresh and staff were polite. I prefer the Chinatown buffet over Flaming grill, but would not discourage those who want to eat here. I consider the food average.
Where to eat Cafe food in Salisbury: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Although they have a couple of tables, I recommend this place for carryout as they are always busy and if you sit and eat it will be in traffic - on to the food:My favorite app here is the BBQ Ribs - they are pork, "spare rib" style (Big like St. Louis, not small like baby back) They are made to order under a flame broiler (not in the fryer) and hand basted. Delicious! Other excellent apps include chicken on a stick - a must try for chicken lovers. No breading, just flavor. The eggs rolls are excellent as are the fried wontons (with sweet/sour dip!) If you like fried seafood try the seafood app which comes with seafood styx, scallops, butterfly shrimp, and crab wonton for like 4 bucks. I give the wonton soup a big thumbs up too. On a cold day a big soup and a side of rice will warm you up for lunch for just a few bucks! My favorite entrees here are the General Tso Chicken - consistently the best flavor sauce with big chunks of chicken and large portions. I am also a fan of the Shrimp and Broccoli for the same reason. I further give thumbs up to the Beef and Broccoli and the Pork Fried Rice. The only thing I have tried and would not order again was the lo mein. The Mai Fun (rice noodles) with shrimp is awesome though. For the calorie or fat conscious, try the steamed Chicken and Broccoli with Tso sauce on the side - extremely good taste, high on nutrition and low on everything bad!Dragon has excellent lunch specials, dinner combinations with egg rolls, and they deliver too. I can't comment on the delivery service b/c I live outside the delivery area. I frequently call in an order and it is always ready when I get there, about 10 minutes. They have a website for ordering online, although I like to call in, BUT if you go to their website there are coupons.
There is no substitute for fresh cook Asian food. It is always beautifully prepared and delicious. The sushi is the best ever. We usually eat there once a week and it is a treat that we look forward to. The 2nd generation are certianly doing a great job!
