Hunan Delightâs decor is average. Their food is wonderful!! I was there for lunch. First of all for lunch at either $7.50 or $8.50 you get a complete meal, including a large bowl of soup, crispy fried noodles to start, tea, a large bowl of rice, your entree, a small scoop of delicious sherbet and a fortune cookie. I had the hot and sour soup, which was very good. My entree of crispy shrimp and walnuts was to die for!! I would love to go back and have it again! Our service was very good.

This place is easy to get in, get your food and get home. The spice levels are spot on, and the staff is friendly and quick to help you make some choices if you are having trouble deciding between their numerous delicious selections. I love the Ka Pow, and my wife, the Pad Thai, but I am also adventurous and try something additionally every tome. Mango and sticky rice is my favorite dessert. The beef salad is also very tasty. Give it a try sometime for lunch or dinner. You will not be disappointed.

Definitely in our top three sushi restaurants in the area! Small place but nicely laid out. The sushi choices are varied and always fresh. The service, which used to be mediocre at best, has much improved the last few times we've been here (once we had to get up to get our own refill of hot tea!), but we always continued to come because it's in the neighborhood and the sushi is consistently good. While people have brought children here, I wouldn't classify it as a "family" place unless the children are willing to try sushi and have patience to wait while it's being prepared.

Cannot believe the positive reviews for this mediocre, phony restaurant. For one thing they use pressed pork, stale chicken, and awful vegetables. Their soup has no taste; I imagine like lots of the food here, it is made somewhere else. Nothing is made in house; everything is packaged. It is the phoniest restaurant I have eaten at in the wasteland of eating that is Olney. Real Pho is made from scratch; God knows where the broth is made, probably at the same place where the pressed pork and phony meatballs are made. Take 20 minutes or so and drive to Wheaton; there you will find authentic Vietnemese food and pho
Where to eat Chinese food in Olney: The Best Restaurants and Bars

After the rest of Olney has gone to bed at 9 pm and I still haven't had dinner, Shanghai is my go-to carryout. It's good, basic, inexpensive Chinese food. They have an extensive menu and lots of vegetarian choices. I wouldn't eat in the restaurant because it's seriously lacking in atmosphere, but the kung-pao chicken will feed me for days and the double-cooked pork is nicely spicy and is good for two meals. Those are my favorites, but I've tried a lot of their menu and haven't eaten anything there that wasn't passable.
