Double-check: Name is actually Johnnyâs? Had customized poki bowls for dinner, $12 each. Soba noodles, rice, yellowtail, eel, salmon, avocado, mango, edamame were on ours, plus tons of other options on the menu. Plus yummy sauces. Functional, no-frills interior (theyâve been open only a week or so, but this interior is designed always to be cafeterialike). No wait for food, conscientious employees. Considering the fresh and tasty (and depending on oneâs choices, healthy) food we got here, a bargain. According to the staff, this Poki Bowl restaurant is affiliated with Johnnyâs in Perryville, another entry in its plus column. This is a welcome, welcome fresh fast-food joint. Welcome to the neighborhood, Johnnyâs!Would recommend to the management: prompter attention to cleaning tables as customers leave, and the addition of a recycle receptacle (Sadly, our recyclable dinnerware, forks, chopsticks and soda bottles went to trash for lack of the better option.).

Had lunch with a large group. The service was outstanding and the servers very accommodating. I had the chicken Lo Mein, which was prepared in the kitchen. The portion was large and the sauce amazing. The person next to me had the lunch sushi that he could not finish, but took home about a third. The remainder of the group had various forms of the Hibachi. Our preparer was quite skilled and interacted with all around the cooking table. I probably will have the Hibachi on my next visit. There is a bar.The decor is very upscale for our community. This may be the cleanest restaurant I've visited in a long time...I believe this is the Asian tradition. Parking is convenient. I believe they have carry out.

I enjoy this place, whenever I crave some excellent sushi, I think of Johnny's. It's one of the best places within local distance. It's consistently good and you always know what to expect when you order. Service is quick and friendly. I typically order an appetizer and a sushi roll. This time I went with the Halloween roll, which was amazing. The Pork Gyoza is one of my favorites on the menu, the dipping sauce and the Gyoza has such great flavors.

Fuji Sushi has a welcoming atmosphere right from the front door. Wait staff ensure you are comfortably seated and the sushi chefs say hello. The miso soup is almost hearty and comes in a good sized bowl. The avocado salad has thinly slices avocado wrapped in a circle, sitting on a bed if dark red kaiso seaweed and filled with greens. The colors stand out against the white bowl. It's a challenge to chose from among the large selection of regular and special sushi rolls. The Flamingo Roll met my need for spiciness with yellow tail tuna, salmon, and mango wrapped in soy 'paper' and topped with jalapeno slices. Return visits are needed to try other rolls.
