Prior to 2010 the area was part of the Lutherville-Timonium CDP. The Maryland State Fair is held in Timonium each year near Labor Day on the grounds of the former Timonium Race Course, which is an important site along with Pimlico Race Course in northwest Baltimore and Laurel Park in Prince George's County, along with other former tracks at Bowie and Rosecroft in Maryland thoroughbred horse racing traditions.

This place is about 45 minutes from home. I try to stop in whenever I am in the area. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. You order at the counter, seat yourself, and they bring the food to you. They are always really on top of it and are always quick to get you served. Their sandwiches are all overstuffed, you can not complain about serving sizes in this place. The prices are a terrific value. Penny for penny, you're not going to find portions like they serve anywhere else. Not sure how they do it but their "stuffed potatoes" are bigger than your head! I highly recommend the Texas Style Spud -Baked potato, butter, chopped pit-smoked beef brisket, cheddar. OR the Lean Green Sweet Potato - Baked sweet potato stuffed with organic spinach, fresh-cracked black pepper, Asiago they are my absolute favorites here. We've had several of their soups which have all been fantastic. The place has always been clean, I've never had bad service or meal... I really have nothing at all negative to say about the place. Can't wait to go back, currently craving the Lean Green Sweet Potato!!

This is a local, hidden gem. The owners are friendly and personable. This is the kind of place where the staff get to know your name and order. Although not advertised, food is made with whole fresh and sometimes organic ingredients and premium spices. This is evident in the taste! Freshly made to order espresso drinks rival the taste of national coffee chain, at a much cheaper cost. Great for catering too! If you need something healthy and fast, this is a great place to stop. Food is made to order, and the owner supports those who are making healthy choices. Also a favorite spot for local body builders! I used to work near here, and miss my regular stops in the Galleria Deli.

This restaurant looks like the food should be very good, but it is not sadly. The food is very expensive, but not very tasty. A little seasoning could help slot. I had ticklish with lump crab meat and a lemon sauce. Sounds like a wonderful combination this is basic eating. I figured it couldn't possibly be screwed up but behold it was. No seasoning, I wondered if they cook to cater to old people who may have high blood pressure or some need that may require their food to be less than seasoned. I am 53 and I want some seals ing on my food. I was so disappointed, and it left me $100.00 worth disappointed.
