This is my go to place for quick pizza pickup. The $7.99 carryout deal is good but due to low price deal they skimp on the quantity of toppings. It doesn't take long for them to prepare the pizza and it is consistent. The staff at the counter is OK to deal with.

We have ordered take-out several times in the last couple of months and have been pleasantly surprised. Hadn't eaten at Pizza Hut in awhile because we didn't care for their pizza, but they must be doing something different, because it tastes much better now.

7. Sonny's of NY

Sonny's is decorated with a faux NY theme...subway tile, street names, etc. It replaced Franks..an authentic Italian pizza place.The waiters and cooks seem to think they need to have a "NY attitude", they are brusque and loud, BTW, I'm a proud New Yorker.You won't find a restaurant like this in NY. The pizza is awful..crust soggy or burnt, sauce tastes like it's out of a jar.

Tired of the usual round pizza shops in the area, someone suggested that we try Ledo's square pies. Ordered a simple large pepperoni pie to go. Phone order taker said 20 minutes, arrived then and still needed to wait another 15 mins (w/o explanation). Lost order?? Sauce was good but amount of meat seemed short.

We've been here twice for carryout. First time was for a pizza, and the family thought it was pretty good, though I thought it was one of the best pizzas in Eldersburg. I especially liked the sauce, which had a good amount of spice and great tomato flavor. The crust was thin and had just the right amount of crisp. On our second visit, we got subs. My wife and daughter got cheesesteaks with onions, but both thought there were way too many onions, but otherwise tasty. My chicken parm sub was delicious. Bread is really good, more of that tasty tomato sauce, crispy chicken... delicious.

My wife, some lifelong friends, and I had dinner at Amante's. The food and service was great. Two of us had Eggplant Parmesan, one with pasta and one without. Amante's really loads up the awesome mozzarella cheese! And the homemade marinara sauce is fantastic. My wife had the meatballs. Again the cheese and marinara sauce steals the show. I must go back and try their pizza - I saw some at other tables and it looked and smelled good! Can't wait to go back!

MOD Pizza has an amazing process. Made-to-order pizza with just about any toppings you can imagine, and a 700 degree oven so it cooks up fast. The service is fast and friendly, and the pizza is delicious and amazingly fast (just a few minutes). If you like pizza, give MOD Pizza a try!

We really enjoy a nice pie and wings for Friday night dinner. We always have it delivered and this week was the first in many the guy couldn't find our house. Fortunately, he found us before the pizza got cold. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The wings are cooked and seasoned perfectly.

Franks buffalo ranch wings are the best wings I have ever had from any place in Maryland. They are plump, full of meat, always cooked perfect with an adequate amount of the buffalo ranch sauce which is unbelievably delicious . They also have excellent pizza and their cheeseburger sub is delicious . Garlic knots are loaded with garlic and cooked just right . Staff is always friendly, pleasant and very attentive .
