Lenaâs menu features authentic Neapolitan pizzas straight from our wood burning oven. The dough is made using the finest double zero flour and pure spring water and the toppings are the finest available anywhere. Other amazing mouthwatering Italian specia
No real complaints about Lena's ... the food is good; the atmosphere is good; the staff attentive but not over-bearing. The pizza "flavors" are a bit nouveau for my palate ... why screw with a classic like Diavalo by putting kale on it. And, Korean BBQ -- like pineapple -- should never be on a pizza.

In Bar Area only Happy Hour (pretty much applies to all National Harbor venues), but it was not crowded and the service was fine. Margarita Pizza was good, but burnt on the bottom in some parts I'd say "scorched" and it ruined the taste (tasted like burnt pizza), but the other parts were very good. Happy Hour wine is not good, I think canyon road, just not worth drinking. Overall, it was OK, won't be back.

Stopped in for Happy Hour one night when we were visiting DC and staying in Alexandria. They have a fairly generous happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. We got the pepperoni pizza (which was excellent) and the wood fired meatballs, which was plenty of food for the two of us. They also have a decent draft beer selection which is discounted during happy hour too. Meatballs are served with slices of bread. Good, but would have been better had they been toasted. They have several seats at the bar as well as tables in the bar area and in the dining room. It's pleasant and comfortable. The service was very good. They have a bulletin board posted to the left of the bar which seemed oddly placed and sloppy to show their various licenses and permits. If they need to be displayed, why not put them behind some glass? The prices seem a little high (outside of happy hour) but given the location, it's pretty typical. Also, being right downtown parking can be difficult at times. The food is good and we would definitely visit again when we're back in Alexandria.

Mia's Italian Kitchen is rooted in family. The inspiration came from the ownerâs unique relationship with his great-grandmother - she didn't speak a word of English, so they communicated through food. Originally from Naples, Italy, she used easy, simple,

I ate here two days in a row, the first day the service was slow and my fish was waaayyyy over cooked. Expensive for that kind of quality. The second day, service was excellent and a different fish dish was cooked perfectly. Seems that it depends on the staff. So, a 3 is right in the middle and thatâs what I would give this restaurant.

Known for their time on Bravo's Emmy-winning season of Top Chef, brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio join forces for the first time with their modern steakhouse. Dine on dishes drawing inspiration from their home state of Maryland amid nostalgic design d
The problem with this place is that they seem to repeat the same mistakes over and over again. I REALLY want to like Voltaggio. Itâs close by, we love the casino, the food is decent, it is definitely overpriced. Way overpriced, but with they have a captive audience so they can demand whatever price they want and many times Iâm willing to pay it because itâs the type of food we want at the casino. The SERVICE Is what will be this restaurants doom. The only decent reception you get is at the host/hostess stand. Once you make it past there, good luck. ESPECIALLY the bar. We waited for 15 minutes for a simple drink last night in a virtually empty bar. We were one of only two couples seated in the lounge area. Try to talk to a manager about the poor service.....haha. Thatâs laughable. We left and went to Osteria who even with a large party they were helping offered impeccable service. I may have wanted a steak but I didnât want the truly poor, non-existent service that Voltaggio continues to deliver. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly regret to hear of the poor service you received when visiting our restaurant. Please know that this feedback will be used to better the experience moving forward. We do hope you choose to give us another try.

Tasty -- but not outstanding. Good service but dark inside. Very well located. Too many dining choices in Old Town for a return visit to this one.Hi Lana! Thank you for leaving us a review. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could expand on your dining experience and why you believe we are tasty but not outstanding. We want to use your feedback to improve our business and to ensure we offer the very best service. Thanks!

This place is great, wonderful ambiance, booths for privacy and a great menu. Party of 6, we chose the table menu, like family-style. The appetizer was fried calamari and shrimp.Ti arrived on a large platter, food 6 inches high. Followed thus with a large ceasar salad, also generous and very tasty- not too much dressing. The entree was meatballs and spaghetti.-delish-hugh meatballs. By this time we could not finish and took it home. Service was prompt and polite. We had dessert of chocolate cake, a huge portion shared by all.
