upon entry very small space, 3 or more people have hardly any room, getting seated, finally received highchair 15 minutes after asking twice, poor service, waiters going by table for 20 minutes before getting acknowledged, just to get water took another 10 minutes, had to go ask for menus, after ordering took 55 minutes for 3 salads and 2 crab cakes, side order of french fries received hardly warm, food was mediocre at best, tables and chairs were crammed into other tables making dining uncomfortable, service never improved, had to literally leave table to seek service, very unpleasant dining experience and overpriced, not to return

The Tidewater has a very nice location, friendly wait staff, and good menu. We've eaten here before and enjoyed dishes like the shrimp salad. This time, we made the mistake of ordering their lump crab cake platters. The crab cakes are a nice size. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a single lump in either of our cakes---all filler with a smattering of claw meat. Terrible crab cakes for such a nice restaurant. We've eaten here before and will again but won't order any crab cakes. We did eat here a few weeks later as its a convenient place to meet when our friends and us travel over 50 miles. This time, we cautioned everyone about the poor crab cakes and found that everyone ordered salmon or shrimp sandwiches for lunch. All dishes were delicious. Desserts are also a pleasant experience.

Bushmill Tavern was bustling on a mid-afternoon lunch visit. Volume was up on music and talking patrons, but everyone seemed happy. The menu is extensive, and there were additional specials. The seared ahi tuna appetizer was the highlight on the meal. It sat on a bed of sriracha slaw and was drizzled with a wasabi dressing and came with a small side of a salsa-like cucumber mix. All dishes had great presentation, and the house salad was nicely arranged. There are 4 mac and cheese dishes, and I chose the Maryland crab mac. The crabmeat, some additional cheese and just the slightest dusting of Old Bay seasoning were baked on top of a rich cheesy pasta. I would have enjoyed more Old Bay zing. The Blue Moon draft beer was the perfect accompaniment and contrast to the rich cheese dish. Service was prompt and friendly. The main dish came out before I finished the appetizer, which is a pet peeve I have with many restaurants these days. Definitely worth a return try the other enticing menu items.

Our food and service were great. We started with the crabby fries and they were crispy and hot and the crab dip on top was so yummy. I had chicken pot pie with salad and vegetables and couldn't eat it all. Salad was very good on a large plate. Pot pie was double crusted and in a skillet. My husband had salmon special with mashes potatoes and vegetables. My son had chicken Chesapeake sandwich. There are many choices on the menu and the prices very reasonable. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

We found this spot by accident, and very pleased we have. Service was fantastic! Meals were great, HUGE portions! Alfredo was creamy and delicious. Burgers were grilled to perfection. The atmosphere was light. Lots of TV's around. They have bar seating and outdoor seating. We will return when in the area.

A restaurant in a bar in a Travelodge. Not as bad as it sounds. The regulars and staff were friendly, the service was good, it has a homey corner tavern atmosphere. The food was average; not bad, not great. The prices were very reasonable, as was the beer selection. I'm not in a huge rush to go back and explore the menu but its a good place for a drink and dinner.

Quick convenient dinner near our hotel off I95. Average applebee's fare. The mozz sticks were only lukewarm, my oriental grilled chicken salad very good but my husbands bacon cheeseburger extremely salty.Service was good but the servers were a bit distracted by friends in a nearby booth

Iconic Maryland bar and restaurant serving famous crab dip, fresh & never frozen 100% beef burgers, fan-favorite wings, a $7.99 lunch menu, and a wide selection of local, craft, and specialty beers. Always a good game on TV, and every seat has a good view
I stayed at a hotel nearby and walked over. I had a steak dinner and a beer. The steak was awesome and not very expensive. I had a local beer, which was pretty good. Service was great!!!
