The hotel recommended this as easy walk so we went over to Uncle Jack's. The salad was the best thing we had. Also got steak/cheese sandwich, pizza, and onion rings. Even the pizza was a full grease onslaught. The steak/cheese barely had any cheese, although I will say it was a lot of beef. Fast service. Low price. You really need an antacid after the meal due to all the grease. If ever in Cumberland again, I will try a different place.

We were surprised to find the Cumberland location to be a takeout place. We were planning to visit the unaffiliated restaurant in DaVale. Since we were there, we got some subs to go. The portions were huge even for a 'small'. They were good although we would have preferred the lettuce to be plain. Here it was marinated in a dressing like Italian.

Came to Cumberland for the weekend and stopped here for lunch. 3 of us tried the Coney Island specialty sauce on a hot dog. It didnt appeal to us - but we had to try it. Fries are okay. We enjoyed listening to the locals talk about how long they've been eating there. Not a big investment for lunch to see and support a long running local business.

Stopped for lunch after a soaking wet bike ride. Ate outside on the patio to stay warm. Cute patio though you are directly under a highway- they are trying to dress it up. My husband got the BBQ sandwich and fries and I had the fish sandwich special which came with choice of a big bowl of soup. I had 50/50 and it was nicely crabby. Blue Moon was cold and waitress was friendly and attentive. Fish was fresh and lightly breaded- very good. Toasted rolls were good on each sandwich. The cocktail and tartar sauce were good and fresh- not nasty packets.

A tough review to write as the whole experience at Henny's was really pretty good. But the food was normal meaning not bad but not excellent. I ordered the New York Steak which wasn't cheap but it was sort of thin and the baked potatoe was OK and the sdie salad was plain but was also OK. The waitress was good. Some guy came around two times asking about the food and i said it was OK. And it was handy being next door to the Best Western Motel where we were staying.Ron, We appreciate your review and are glad you enjoyed the service. We take your feedback seriously and will continue to work with our team to ensure the superior quality of our food. We hope that you will give us another chance.

Crab dip with breadsticks.... totally delicious. We also had the fried fish sandwich and fried chicken sandwich as well as the bacon/cheese fries. Huge portions and great flavour. The onion rings were great too. Service very responsive and friendly. Great lunch on the deck!!!

We went with friends on a Thursday night several months ago and discovered the Thursday night Burger and Brew special. We have now made City Lights our go-to place on Thursdayâs. The burgers are terrific, the beer selection rotates, and the place is cozy. Fireplace downstairs in the bar area, plenty of nice seating upstairs.Bri is probably the best server I have ever encountered. She remembers our drink/beer preferences flawlessly. And, she asked after me when I missed a dinner due to illness.Thank you for your kind words and your business. Deb & Bill Shaffer

We had lunch at DâAtriâs Restaurant locates on National Highway in Cumberland, MD.The menu is very intense because of the number of items offered. This restaurant is family owned and mostly everything is homemade. The food was fresh, delicious and well prepared. The service was excellent. This is a great restaurant for those who suffer from a shellfish allergy because they make preparations to prevent cross contamination.Homemade soups and salad dressings are so delicious. The sweet tea made me think I was down South.Save room for the homemade desserts.DâAtri also serve breakfast until Noon.

This cozy restaurant in downtown Cumberland, MD, has excellent crab cake sandwiches & a relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff greet you and offer suggestions freely. A good selection of beverages & delicious ice tea. The bee sting cake was very rich but a great choice to split! Recommended when enjoying the downtown.
