This was the first time we stayed in the apartments. What a wonderful apartment! Full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and stove. 2 bedrooms, living and dining with table and chairs plus chairs outside to sit on the balcony. We have been staying here since 2015 and ALWAYS have been treated extremely well. Ice maker didn't work and this wonderful staff exchanged the entire refrigerator for us. Can't say enough about them; will be staying at Madison house in September. Thank you all for making our vacation always a awesome experience!

The room was good clean ac worked well paking lot was always full but we were able to park on the street. My biggest complaint was they closed the lobby/office and didn't have anything on the door to explain check in I walked around the hotel until I found a maintenance guy who told me I needed to walk to the manor to check in when checking in at the manor their was like 4 people at the check in desk why not send 1 down to run the court... when I suggested hanging a sign on the door at the court the dude just shrugged like it was too much to ask of him... also got charged 50.00 for insedetals in case I used any amenities at the manor even though I wasn't staying in that hotel not sure why that is a thing. Also because the ice machine is in the locked lobby of the court thier was no ice unless you wanted to walk to the manor and get it. No coffee either. The housekeeping dose not come make up the room daily we ran out of toilet paper so we bought a four pack from cvs I wouldn't rule the place out to stay again but hopefully they figure out thier staffing and run the place a little better.

Many a fish story has begun at the Oceanic Motel. Located at the southernmost end of Ocean City, we overlook the Inlet and Assateague Island with their famous ponies. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with refrigerators. Guests are welcome to take a dip in our outdoor pool, fish off of our pier or relax on our private bayside beach. If the ocean is what you crave, the beach is only a short walk away.
nice view of the ocean from the rooms, parking is a little tight, rooms were clean but outdated. once you get the past the outdated part and enjoy what's outside your room that the ocean is right there makes this place a must stay. the boardwalk and amusement rides are about a 1-minute walk away.

Other hotel features include a large grilling area with picnic tables and grills, a large outdoor heated pool (available May through September), a private beach and dock (can only park boat during day), and a 2nd-floor community balcony with gorgeous views.
I will never reccomend this inn or this town to anyone. Bathroom had water stains in the walls, ceiling had water damage, hair from previous occupants was in the bathtub drain. The shower was gross. The list goes on and on. Noise above from occupants running back and forth at all hours of the night didn't help much either.

Flamingo Motel Provides Rooms, Hotel, Motel to the Ocean City, MD Area.
We booked a family vacation to OCMD and liked the location and affordability of The Flamingo. Things were going well until this morning when I went to use the bathroom and was in in the middle of doing my business when the people from the room above us flushed their toilet. Let’s just say chaos ensued. All of a sudden, it was raining toilet water down on me. Disgusting!!!! I went to the office to notify management of the situation and they completely brushed it off. The said “it should have been fixed” and said I was “being irate” by complaining. There was literally poo water that rained down on me!!! So gross! No apologies or offers to remedy the situation. Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Crystal Sands Motel is located in Ocean City MD. We are just a block away from the boardwalk and beach! Here at Crystal Sands we provide 3 different room types: King Room w/ microwave and mini refrigerator, Double Bed w/ microwave and mini refrigerator, and also our large Family Efficiency rooms w/ 2 beds, sofa bed, dining room table, kitchenette area with stove top, microwave, and large refrigerator. We have knowledgeable staff with GREAT customer service and cleanliness.
My family loved this place. It was very clean & comfortable. There was so much space & the price was unbeatable for the room! Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Friendly front desk staff. Only downfall was the shower-head! The shower water turned into one stream that kind of pelted your head. Otherwise, great place that was a block away from the boardwalk.
