Nice Unassuming place with the right vibe to make it feel authentic and caring. Their lunch specials are reasonably priced, and their salads are very fresh and tasty. The place is not huge, but their Gyros are fantastic

We offer a full range of European pastries and croissants, crusty French breads, daily bread choices, lunch consisting of soup, sandwiches and salad. Cafe setting, so it's a great place to grab a coffee and croissant in the morning, have lunch at noon or take an afternoon break with pastry and a cappuccino.
When you want a clean little spot with PERFECT service and THE BEST French pastries and awesome fresh deserts and sandwiches this is the place. As good as any place in France. The pastries are perfect. Not to sweet with great fillings. My absolute favorite...MoreThank you for taking time to write such a great review! We appreciate it and you!

STEWBY'S Seafood Shanty is a small take out and drive thru seafood restaurant in Fort Walton Beach. Offering the most affordable and freshest local seafood. You can eat on our enclosed heated and cooled deck or take it to-go. All our seafood is fresh and locally bought. The fish comes straight of the boats in Destin. Average order time is between 7-9 minutes. So if your in a hurry, don't worry. We'll have you on your way in minutes. STEWBY'S also offers a drive thru window for your convenience. But don't let the drive thru fool you. You don't have to sacrifice quality for convenience. Drive thru and take some to go or stop in and order from the walk up window. STEWBY'S is always providing the best quality seafood at the best price!
My son just moved near this place so we stopped in on Saturday- so delish-I had the grilled amberjack with fried onions and succotash( which was warm and prefer it cold)-son had the grilled platter with fried okra and fries- all plates were gone except the succotash- we took him a menu home so he will be back and how convenient to have a drive thru- tables were full but by the time the food was ready we had a spot!

We arranged to meet with some friends of ours for breakfast today. Both our families are here on vacation from Tennessee, and we heard (on TripAdvisor) that this gets good reviews.
We all had something different. The food was all good... not spectacular, but good. But it was very reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. As a breakfast joint, I would eat here again.

Burrito del Sol is a Mexican Restaurant serving fresh Baja-Style Mexican food in Downtown Fort Walton Beach. All dishes are prepared in one of four signature styles including baja, chipotle, bbq, and southwest. Our chicken and steak are slow roasted for up to 7 hours. Our fish selection includes Mahi and our Catch of the Day which varies by season. Popular menu items include blackened shrimp tacos "baja style", steak nachos "chipotle style", and chicken burritos "southwest style". We are 100% family owned and operated.
Ready for something different? Order at the counter, serve yourself. Food was good. Wife loved her three chicken tacos baja style. I had the chicken burrito with baja. Would've preferred the south west. Everything al carte. You do get a small order of chips and salsa with your entre. They have 5 main entrees. Different meats, shrimp, fish. 4 styles. See pics. Uniquely different fare. Really busy and lots of take out goin on. Great local flare. I would check it out again. Large portions, didn't go away hungry.

Fresh, never frozen, half-pound burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, gourmet sandwiches, kids meals, draft and bottle beer, wine. Dine inside or outdoor patio! Casual atmosphere. Don't forget to sign the surf board!
We ate dinner at Beach Castle Burger as a family of 10, including 4 children. There was something on the menu for everyone and the food was served hot and fresh! The food we ordered had some unique flavors, without being too strong or unusual. All staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. We aren't from the area, but will certainly be returning next time we're here!

This hidden gem is found under the Brooks Bridge in Fort Walton Bridge. Delicious lunch fare includes blackened grouper on croissant with fresh salad and burger on croissant. The seasoning on my grouper was exquisite. Many French dishes offered on menu as the chef is from France. We were so pleased with our lunch. I hope to return and try the chicken piccata. The view of the bay is lovely. We ate outside on this beautiful day. Sunset views would be gorgeous here. I highly recommend you eat here. Great restaurant for that special occasion or just a wonderful meal that you will enjoy near the water. I can’t wait to return. Our waiter was very pleasant.

Don't judge a book by its cover...this holds true for Benjorang. Throughout my travels I have found that the "hole-in-the-wall" restaurants are by far the best and cheapest. This holds true for Benjorang. I have had good and terrible Thai before and this place is among some of the best authentic Thai restaurants with excellent service as well. It may be hard to find and not appear to be much on the outside, but once you step inside it is completely transformed. The restaurant is family owned and run and they clearly take pride in their work. The prices are low as well, I will definitely be returning when I come back for a visit at FWB.

Been to destin a lot over the years and eat seafood as much as possible but love mexican. Decided to try this place since it was rated #9 of 186 of all rest in Fort Walton...was so glad we did! we got Chipotle chicken flatuas and beef burrito which is really big and they gave us the chips with 3 sauces as an appetizer (guac, salsa, queso). it was all so delicious!!! You get handed a menu when u walk in order at counter then find a seat in or on patio.then they wait on u constantly with refills. The appetizers are bottomless and gave me some to go! They even have a hot sauce bar u can try difft kinds of hot sauces but I didn't want heartburn :) wish one of these places was back home.they top even our go to mexican places. Very very good flavors and service. It's the purple bldg very close on eglin pkwy from the miracle strip. Please open up shop somewhere closer to us in North Alabama/Huntsville area....I'm craving some now! Thank you!

On Mary Esther Boulevard across parking lot from Santa Rosa Mall
We got to our hotel along the beach just before sunset. Unfamiliar with the territory, we let our Garmin direct us to this Panera Bread. Though the prices were a little more than the average fast food like McDonald's, we were pleasantly surprised. There menu was varied and a lot more healthy. The atmosphere was quiet and the servers were sweet (local high school or college kids?).
