Reviewed By Gretchen AVery comfortable, safe, and friendly place to stay. The staff bent over backwards to make you fell welcomed. My room was clean, the bed was soo comfortable. I really wanted to take it home with me, it was that comfortable.

Reviewed By WatkinsfanTook our grand kids to the splash park so spent the weekend in Marion at the Comfort Suites. Great place to stay, Staff was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Roomy bath with a great shower! Recommend for anyone with kids.

Absolutely Horrible
Reviewed By liberalt2021I don’t understand how anyone can rate this place even a one. We booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived the desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Some passing guy said they are never at the desk and you have to call a number to get them to come out. There was a phone number to call which we did. Clerk said she was on the toilet and would be right there. The first room we were given smelled like a cigar bar. Complained and the desk clerk said the other no -smoking room smelled even worse like cigarettes so she gave us a different one that smelled like a skunk. It actually has animal fur all over the floor. Tried one more and it smelled like the other two combined with a little urine added. The guests all looked sketchy. People milling around in the parking lot. Somebody pulled out of a parking spot, opened their trunk, dropped a spare tire in the spot to save it for later. It was just aweful.

Reviewed By 9928lisaqThe room was decent, but as I was walking outside and looked in the gutter that was covered by a grate, I saw a rat running down it. I should’ve known at that point things here weren’t good! The clientele were loud, and I had a hard time sleeping because of it. The coffee maker (which I had to hold the button down continually to work) didn’t even have a stirrer, and there was no box of Kleenex in the room. Due to Covid, they weren’t serving breakfast. Frankly after my experience, I don’t think I would want to eat breakfast here.

Great choice in Marion
Reviewed By 6happyhikersGreat hotel! Young man at desk was awesome! Room was clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Coffee was often out as was the creamer. Pool is very small and the area could have been tidied up a bit. There were dirty towels and candy on the floor. Water was very cold.
