Villa Hermione dates back to the early twentieth century and was completely renovated in 2011. It is located at the north end of the seaside town of Marina di Pisa in front of the Marina currently under construction. The bedrooms are for two or three persons and are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The villa and some bedrooms are accessible by people with disabilities. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning. The garden, partly green, partly paved, is furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas for the guests’relaxation and entertainment. Il villino Ermione risale ai primi del novecento ed è stato completamente restaurato nel 2011. E’ situato a Marina di Pisa di fronte al porto turistico attualmente in costruzione. Le camere, matrimoniali o triple, sono situate sia al piano terra che al primo che al primo piano, raggiungibile tramite scale e ascensore.L’edificio ed alcune camere sono accessibili da persone con problemi di movimento. It is only at 20 minutes from Pisa Airport “Galileo Galilei”. “Libeccio Restaurant and Pizzeria” is at our guests’ disposal, it is a lounge bar and also a caféteria. All the apartments are in natural surroundings, they are well fuirnished with a private entrance and equipped by a living-room, a bathroom with a large box-shower and hairdryer, double room and double armchair beds. They are located on the groundfloor and they have equipped veranda. RESTAURANT It is open every day, at lunch and at dinner, in the following time slots: from 12:30 a.m to 02:30 p.m – from 07:30 p.m to 11:00 p.m. Booking is recommended SWIMMING POOL It is open from 09:00 a.m to 07:00 p.m. It is mandatory to wear the swim cap, given at the Reception. During the winter season, it will be closed. CITY TAX City tax is a mandatory local tax; people who live in Pisa are exempted from the payment. The amount is equivalent to € 1,50 per person per night, it is not included in the reservation rate and it is for max five consecutive nights (from the seventh day before Easter to the first sunday of November) and three consecutive nights (in the remaining period).
