A Decent Place To Stay Close to the Beach in Carrara

The rooms are clean and modern with free wi fi, and the hotel is reasonably priced, though not lavish. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a short walk from here to good restaurants and a nice, sandy beach, though a further distance to downtown Carrara. The breakfast is very good, in a nice, airy facility with very helpful employees. We would stay here again. Again, the Tenda Rossa is clean, modern, well located for the beach, and reasonably priced.

The Bed & Breakfast Nannalia born a few steps from the sea, in the silent heart of Marina di Carrara . The fully renovated and adapted to each comfort , it has 4 bedrooms (two doubles and two triples ) all with bathrooms and private balconies .
Pleasant place near the sea
Reviewed By Tish EWe stayed at the B&B for only one night but everything was just right! The room was large with everything you could want the bathroom small but hooks for towels and room for washbags etc. Lovely garden and the Signora was delightful, she recommended restaurants and bars for the evening, Breakfast was good but a little cramped as she was full, homemade cakes and she catered well for one of our party who is gluten free.

First of all, it’s located 5 mom from the beach and many restaurants from which you can choose the place is super clean and quiet. The room is fully equipped with all you need (hairdryer, minibar, AC, soaps)and the bed is super comfy. In the morning for your breakfast, you can choose from a variety of fresh pastries, ham, cheese and many more things. Coffe is super tasty and you can also have a choice of non-dairy milk if you’re intolerant. It’s a family run business so the atmosphere is just so welcoming and relaxing, they have been amazing with us, helping with suggestions of places where to eat and where to rent beach beds. Honestly, this is the best place you could go in Marina di Carrara without a doubt! Highly recommend it!

Reviewed By Giora SAntonella & Roberto did everything to make our vacation great. The room, service, breakfast were fine, the area was quiet, they have ac in each room, when it is very needed because of the heat and humedity outside. We recomend this villa with all our hearts.

Reviewed By herminealtinkwe booked on agoda.com. The website didnt say anything particular, only check-in after 11.00h. We arrived around 17.00h. Initially the host was unfriendly, saying check-in was 15.00h, after I showed the bookingconfirmation I was told check-in was from 11.00h - 12.00h. There was no mention on the booking regarding this. The hostess was friendly, showed me the room and view. The host said, they required the Passports of the Familymembers, nothing else. After my Husband and daughter came from the car the host and hostess changed their story, asking about vaccination, claiming overnight-stays were only possible with a green pass. When I pointed out, that there is no such thing yet and besides, no mention of mandatory vaccination on any website, they claimed, all tourists in Italy need a green pass. It was only at this point I realized their problem was my non caucasian family. I gave the key back as I have no desire to stay with untruthfull people, not even for free!

A very clean hotel with really nice owners.
Reviewed By mihaictripA modest hotel but with really nice owners that are really going above and beyond to make your time there nice and feel at home. The rooms are well cleaned and spacious enough. The food is good and the prices are right. I would recommend this hotel for the families with kids that come to Carara for the sea and the sun.
