The principal town and capital of French St. Martin, Marigot is an appealing spot with brightly colored houses, a scattering of restaurants and lively produce and crafts markets. It’s a great base for exploring St. Martin’s secluded beaches (many clothing optional) and its more vibrant, family-popular ones. Marigot is within easy reach of the famed restaurants at nearby Grand Case, said to have the Caribbean's best dining. Kept temperate by trade winds, Marigot stays warm and sunny year-round.

So happy that Bistrot Caraibes reopened after Hurricane Irma. This place never disappoints. My husband always has the lobster thermidor. He is always happy with it. I've never been disappointed with any dish. The escargot are awesome, and the house cured salmon is great. The service is super friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to return.

From the warm greeting at the door through the after dinner drinks - La Villa provided an excellent experience!
The board menu offered a delightful selection, with each being delicious. The cold pumpkin soup, duck and cod were outstanding. An endive salad with figs and prosciutto was alone a great treat. One member of our party stated the lamb shank with foie gras was the best he ever tasted. Save room for dessert as they are home made and worth every bite!
But the biggest delight was the service. Lots of great suggestions and just the right attentiveness made this restaurant 'excellent'. Treat yourselves!

For the last 17 years, owner Stephane has welcomed you to the palm groves of the lagoon at Nettle Bay where, watching the sunset over the lagoon, you can enjoy the gastronomic, gourmet cuisine in an idyllic setting. Chef Malory Leroux offers daily specials sourced from the market's daily offerings, without forgetting the signature dishes: foie gras in truffle oil, lobster raviolis, Wild French sera bass. Mathieu Maini, the pastry chef, is constantly searching for new creations, such as the already famous strawberry macaroon. La Cigale brings a touch of delicacy which rounds off your meal with finesse. The wine menu, without doubt one of the richest on the island, will undoubtedly seduce you. If Reservations are encouraged, it is because this corner of paradise, very busy during the season, is the ideal spot for a romantic dinner. (gift certificate - honey moon - weddings - Private Diner)
This little gem sits right on the beach.. it looks like it's behind an apartment building but don't let it fool you! Our waiter was very friendly and a delight! Everything I ordered was fresh and just listening to the water put me at peace.. the macaroon I had for dessert replicated Paris! If you have the chance to come to Saint Maartin make it a priority to eat here!

The french are famous for their pastries and it's no different here, in the French Caribbean. There's every kind of pastry you can imagine. And you can sit on the benches eating your snakes and watch the hustle and bustle of the busy market square.

Real Moroccan restaurant with typical decoration. With a nice garden in the middle. We are open only for diner 7pm to 10.30pm monday to saturday. We are closed on Sunday
Great place to enjoy Moroccan food. Very reasonably priced. The setting is awesome. I real gem in the street. The interior is made much bigger with carefully positioned mirrors. This with plenty of green plants and water features.
A full Moroccan menu and very good wait staff.
