On a golf excursion staying in Dauphin this restaurant was across the highway. Changed it up and had a beer and the lasagna. One was ice cold on a warm day the other was piping hot with steam rising. Add a little Parmesan cheese and some pepper seeds and you have a wonderful combination. Good way to finish a great day.Thank you for the positive review, Ross! We hope the next time you come we can provide you with a 5-star experience! See you again soon!
Lots of food for the price. The menu is extensive, some foods there I haven't seen before. The décor is dated and doesn't look clean. Service was good.
combo pizza and order of garlic toast. Probably the best Pizza Hut pizza we have had in a while, service was fast, courteous. Had a different person order that pick up and their system was set up to work seamlessly.

My husband and I have been going to the Dauphin Smitty's since it opened, usually for breakfast or lunch. We always find the staff courteous and friendly and the food usually meets our expectations. This time, however, we ordered borscht and it really was watery and not at all tasty.

Have been a Smitty's member for some time and have been used to pretty good service in other restaurants in this chain. Went for supper with my family this evening, had a fussy infant so told the waiter to get some mashed potatoes and gravy asap to keep the baby occupied. Took a good 10 minutes for the waiter to come back with the baby's food and by this time the baby was fussing. We then had to wait for over 45 minutes for our meal to arrive, nothing fancy, a pizza, a wrap, a beef dinner and a gluten free meal. Waited and did not see our waiter for basically the whole time, could see him hanging around the kitchen but did not come back to our table. I eventually had to ask another waitress to tell our waiter to serve our food or we were leaving. Suddenly the meal appeared, he had gotten the gluten free non gluten free food mixed up and had forgotten the basic requests we had made for him to serve the meal, he put onions on the side of the baked potato when he was told not to, put garlic bread on the gluten free salad, forgot the oil and vinegar dressing. Pizza was a satellite special and had tasty toppings but the crust was soggy and not fully cooked. My family had to box their supper and leave because of the cranky infant who had been there for over an hour by this time. Overall not a good experience, would suggest better training for the staff and a little more customer service for a family with an infant. The meal cost @ $100 and was not really worth that for service or quality, won't be going back any time soon but after all, they are one of the only games in this small town.

We decided to have the âspecialâ which was veal cutlets. Arenât veal cutlets supposed to be tender? They were not, and didnât taste all that great either. Although the vegetables looked good, they were quite disappointing (slightly rubbery). Seemed like they were frozen, or pre-cooked? Not sure. We were not pleased with our meal. This restaurant needs to up their game, especially as there are so few decent restaurants in Dauphin, and this is one of the better ones, supposedly. We have had breakfast here several times which is usually a safe bet.

My wife and I were in town for a night. We love to try independently owned pizza places and avoid chains. Adelinaâs pizza is some of the best we have ever had. Toppings were so fresh and plentiful. The crust was excellent. Delivery was fast and friendly and piping hot!We have had pizza across Canada and in many states. We put this at the top of our list. Dauphin is fortunate to have Adelinaâs in their area!

It isn't often that my husband and I go out for a meal. One day we had to be in Dauphin, which is quite a drive from our home, so I quickly looked up on Trip Advisor where we could find the best meal in town, and Mr. Mike's came up. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that someone had suggested that I could get a gluten free meal here. Hurray! Since I require a special menu, I'm never sure whether or not a restaurant can accommodate me,or whether I will only be able to have a salad and a beverage. Upon our arrival at Mr. Mike's, we were greeted and seated promptly, and a server soon came to bring our menus and ask about drinks. I ordered a Gin Fizzle and my partner ordered a soda, and they were brought promptly. The Gin drink was delicious, and beautifully presented with a sprig of fresh rosemary. If you are a gin lover, definitely try this drink. When I informed my server that I would require a gluten-free meal, I was happily surprised to be informed that they in fact had a gluten-free menu. Hurray! This unfortunately raised my expectations, and put me off guard immediately. I ordered a Ribeye steak, foregoing the few disappointing appetizers available to those of us who can't eat freely from a deep-fryer full of wheat products. My husband ordered the panko shrimp appetizer and the beef dip sandwich. When we got our meals, he was disappointed to discover that his fries were a frozen product, and the "au jus" sauce was likewise a pre-prepared item.
