We usually go to Katerina’s before/ after going to Hylton Center performances but were in the area and just decided to stop for early dinner. As always we were very glad we did... tried pita sandwiches with Katrina’s style gyro meat. Pita bread is always a favorite, crusty and warm. Meat was excellent mix of lamb/pork. Fries were super; hot, crusty and not greasy. Wife ordered no pita on her sandwich and they were glad to accommodate special order for lettuce wrap. Bonus was they put her pita on the side so I got to eat it too. Service was great, friendly and fast. While a small dining area that can get crowded fast you never feel uncomfortable or neglected by the staff. A great local restaurant.

This is a nice restaurant with a good menu, but we considered it just average. I guess it had too much build up, and then the reality didn’t match the expectation. If you want decent Italian food, you can get it here, but we didn’t find it to rate above that.

As a popular gathering place for locals and area visitors, Okra's guests can be found nightly enjoying happy hour specials, chatting around the bar or dining on authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine. At Okra's you are sure to find a restaurant rich in local history and alive with color, flavor and some of the best food in Manassas.
Finally stopped in to grab lunch. Oh my. Love this place! What took us so long? Cozy atmosphere, heightened by great jazz background music, always a plus in my book. Tried both seafood and classic gumbo, we both preferred the robust delicious classic. Got fried okra and the best fried chicken livers...ever. Abita beer on tap (lager!), which made my husband happy. Fresh brewed iced tea was thirst quenchingly delicious. The main courses come in 2 sizes, really nice. Tried the crawfish etoufee and shrimp creole; both were incredible. The smaller portions were very ample. Our server, Allie, was friendly, efficient, and professional...very good. We will be back!

Half Restaurant. Half Store. All Country
Good stop when traveling through the area. The chicken pot pie special was hot and had a nice broth inside...not gummy at all. Server was excellent. Drink refills were timely, never had to wait. It was fairly busy, but not mobbed ... no wait time on a Wed for lunch. Glad we stopped.

We stopped by when we were in old town and really enjoyed our meal. I had brisket chili and BBQ Stuffed Potato and both were delicious! Walk up to counter and order your favorite BBQ dish and beverage; you will not be disappointed.

The tacos al carbon were tasty but a little dry, beans and rice were very good, as were the onion rings. Hubby said fried shrimp was okay but coleslaw was a little dry. We truly enjoyed our server Paula. She cut up with us and added some local flavor. We'll be back to try breakfast.

Food was good I had drunken shrimp with thin noodles. One other guest had the seafood soup, shrimp fried rice & drunken noodles. Food delivered & appealing. My food had MSG in it because the next day my joints in my hands were hurting. One if friends got sick because she is allergic to MSG. Neither knew the other got sick. If I try it again will ask for no MSG in my food.

Carmello's is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in Italian and Portuguese cuisine in Old Town Manassas since 1987.
Visiting Manassas on a business trip, and had the pleasure of dining with the team at Carmello's. What an excellent choice. The wine selection was extensive and their wine 'list' was wonderful to peruse. The Portuguese wines, both red and white, were outstanding. Everything we...MoreThank your business and review.

Our concept serves yummy, handcrafted tacos that are filled with fresh and local ingredients. Tacos come out when ready so order one or two, enjoy, and then order more! We also offer more than just tacos. It's always a fiesta with me in your life from 11:30 a.M. To 7 p.m. We also offer $1.00 off on tacos before 4 p.m. Everyday. Promise.
Just moved into town, have wanted to try this place. We got there about 5:00 on a weekniight - good thing, the place was full with a wait by 6:00. Very extensive draft/craft beer selection, serviceable margaritas/cocktails. Menu is primarily a la carte tacos, good choices (try the Habanero shrimp for a little kick). Friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere (seems like lots of regulars).
