no worth it. ..very expensive food..staff not so friendly..should have our dinner at any other open food stall in kelantan which was tasty n reasonable price.highly not recommended. the place was better when it was operated by the previous owner.
My family and I visited this restaurant for a lunch last month. We ordered the River Prawn Tomyam as it was considered to be the signature dish at this restaurant together with other Thai foods. All I can say is that the tomyam great and the flavour is spot on. We tried other dishes such as fish, squid and chicken cooked to Great Thai flavours.I highly recommend this restaurant and do check-out this restaurant whenever you visit Kelantan.
The restaurant is by a river built on a deck. Great view! The food was excellent and great value for money!

Average service from the staffs. Limited choices of the cakes flavors. Had one bad experience from the staff before when the outlet had just open. The staff was being rude to us. Took me a long time before I started going back to it. Please improve.
This restaurant I am told is a local institution which has had many locations and in its current location which was only recently opened, is now runned by the third generation. The noodle was hand made was springy and flavoursome. There also beautifully made wonton. This was easily my favourite food dish that I ate in Kota Bharu and could eat it everyday. Thanks for your review sir.

The fascinating thing about this restaurant is that it serves really delectable Thai food in Kota Bharu; a place where one would be spoilt for choices when it comes to the various assortments of gastronomic adventures. It takes quite a lot of patience and trial/error prior to finding a great place to dine and Kengsom is one of those representation of every delicious food that you can find. With its multitudes of dish and choices to pick, you won't be exhausted of varieties that's for sure. Price is right as well!

We were looking for good thai inspired seafood and this was the top result... It was delicious but some dishes were a miss... We had tom yum (good!), chicken masak merah (good!), grilled squid (super good!), Lemon steamed sea bass (good!), Lala Lada (sauce good, clams weren't fresh), Kailan (good), Chap Chye (meh), Durian Pulut (GOOD!)As with the Kelantanese palate, food was a tad too sweet for us sugar conscious Singaporeans but the spiciness made up for it... Definitely comes recommend... Just lower expectations and you'll be blown away... Oh yes, clean place eventhough its technically roadside and minimal roaming cats!
