B&B Hotel in Paris Malakoff Searching for a cheap hotel in Greater Paris (Ile-de-France)? Our B&B Hotel Paris Malakoff Parc des Expositions can’t wait to welcome you! A hotel near the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles Going to the Salon de l’Automobile (Motor Show) or the Salon du Livre (Book Fair)? Our B&B Hotel Paris Malakoff Parc des Expositions is within immediate proximity of the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Our prices are accessible, and so are our hotels: this Paris hotel is less than 300 metres from Malakoff Plateau de Vanves metro station (Line 13) and close to the Peripherique ring road, enabling you to reach the centre of Paris in around twenty minutes.
Staff was not too kind. Every time I asked them something about things around the hotel or just general questions their answer was always "I dont know". Their breakfast was always empty( no food) regardless at what time you showed up. The bathroom shower didn't work(the drain was clogged). The only vending machine where you can get water from in the hotel was not working. A/c was not working either. Really poor experience.

For a change of scene on the outskirts of Paris... On metro line 4 and with a private car park. Breakfast overlooking our garden will get your day off to a great start. Our hotel has recently been renovated with a design that is both contemporary and energizing. You are sure to love our stunning rooms. Who would ever think that you were right by the Porte de Versailles The perfect place for both business trips and sightseeing adventures.
We booked this hotel prior to checking the reviews thoroughly in which we discovered that lots of other reviewers disliked their stay, so we were prepared for the worst, thankfully though, it wasn't as bad as anticipated. In short, this hotel isn’t recommended unless you have a specific business in the local area of Malakoff, so definitely not for tourists. Two metros are within 10-15mins of walking, but it will take around 30mins via that to get to the center of the city. There is a small shop around the corner of the hotel. The hotel is located in the suburbs, which are pleasant enough in my opinion and give a quieter, calmer atmosphere than the busier parts of the city. The room we had was a ‘Classic Room’ with a Queen Bed. The cleanliness of the hotel room isn’t great, although the toilet, shower, and bed were clean (which is the most important in my opinion) so not actually as bad as other reviewers' experiences. However, the carpet was filthy and was in need of a significant clean, the room safe wasn’t reset so we were unable to store valuables and in trying to speak to the receptionist about it, the one on shift only spoke enough English to tell us that she didn’t understand us. The air conditioning unit was very squeaky and also very dusty and the lightbulb in the bathroom was flickering (which was mildly humorous as the hotel is themed around lightbulbs). The queen-sized bed was only two very simple beds put together with poor quality pillows and a thin duvet, enough to sleep with but not very comfortable as the mattresses felt very used and uneven. The room wasn’t small like other images I’ve seen but still felt cramped in some places. Others have commented in their reviews that there was an awful smell in the hotel walkways and the rooms and we could smell this too, it’s probably sewage systems, but in honesty, it wasn’t bad enough to disturb our stay. On the plus side, the room did have enough amenities from a mini-fridge, hand dryer and complimentary coffees with a kettle, it does offer in-room service although we didn’t try this. The room was quiet enough (air-con issues aside) although I’m not sure how busy it was as this is a quiet time of the year, so we might’ve been lucky that there were not many other guests. Others mentioned in their reviews that the lift was always busy, but we didn’t experience this when using it. On a positive, despite the language barrier above, the staff were friendly and when liaising with one of them during checkout she was helpful to arrange a taxi to the airport. The airport we traveled from was CDG so it was a good 45min+ away from the hotel, so exercise caution if you’re traveling from this. The hotel is not too expensive, but it’s not cheap either. I echo from the other reviewers that if it took a bit more pride in itself, it would be more of a pleasing stay, but for a Mercure branded hotel, it’s no way near up to the standard expected.

What a place to be in Paris. Nice location, good owner. Ok breakfast. Room were quite spacious and had all the items to cook food. Microwave, heater, utensils. So we could cook our own food and eat as per our choice. Recommend this to everyone visiting Paris. Near to the metro station Malakoff- plateau de Vanves. Which can take you to all major stations of Paris city.

This is the experience I had with this hotel. I had a BUSINESS trip in Paris so I did a booking almost 2 weeks before my arrival in Paris. One day before my arrival, I received an email from the hotel informing me that they canceled my booking and booked me a room at another hotel located a few meters next to this hotel without my permission. Also, I have to mention that the email was in FRENCH. I understand that mistakes can happen. That's fine. However, if you want to be a professional, you should call the client first and ask their permission before taking any action. What if I had a bad experience with the second hotel? It is just a rhetorical question. Of course, I have the email at anyone's disposal. Zero stars!!!

I stayed with my wife for 3 days and it was just what we were looking for, everyone was really kind, they didnt speak english or spanish but they were always willing to help. The only thing I didn't like is the 10 minute walk from the station in the night after being all day walking but it's not really that bad.

The room was small and with a nasty carpet. We had the impression that they had chosen the cheapest material possible. The lamps were broke except in the bathroom. The cleaner was nice and some of the receptionists aswell, but one of them, was unbelievably rude!

I stayed 4 nights in this small Hotel (10 rooms only).they gave me room 108.2 walls covered with mold. The pillow case covered with mold. the carpet dirty and molded. When I asked to change room the guy that did the check in told me they were fully booked but that he would try to find a solution the same night or the day after. I came back late in the afternoon and nothing had been done. The morning after at 11 am still nothing had been done.So I told them either they gave me another room or found me another Hotel considering I had prepaid my stay.At the end they gave there "best room". No mold this time but on the first floor were every night a bunch of black youth run there bikes and chatted and laughed until 2 am in the morning. I will never return to that Hotel
