We visited this restaurant for lunch. Once you sit your given a generous dish of appetiser; involving crisps and 3 dips. The crisp were so stale and lack flavour. For the main course I ordered a shish tawouk dish which comes with the rice. The rice was okay; however the chicken was so bad. It had a weird after taste.Hello Mr. Zamil,It is unfortunate to hear this about the food as we always like to ensure top quality. We would love for you to come back and possibly hear what we can do better. You are welcome to enjoy a meal at our restaurant at any time of your choosing. Please do let us know.

Nice setting and atmosphere. Friendly service. Getting in and out is very painful due to unwise location of entrance and exit locations underground parking ( despite ample parking space indoors!) The food is average at best. Starters and salad not great, and main dishes variable but overall ok. I think it lacks a creative and powerful taste ( although the menu looked creative and inviting) but somehow this didnât translate to the expectations it gives.

I've been to this eatery a few times and it used to be pretty good in terms of the food offering. However, as recently as 12/18/17, the overall quality of the meat and the Ayran has dwindled. Cleanliness; not the cleanest place. In fact, its almost has a 'greasy' feel to it. The servers are not the politest. Once in a while, you will get someone who is genuinely nice. You place your order using a standard 'sushi type' list menu which the server marks down. Depending on what your order is, the food is pretty quick to come. The Ayran is authentic, however, what I had last night was border line tart. Additionally, the bathrooms are plain yucky. They have Indian toilets installed and while they are the best for your bowel movement and overall health, they just creep me out. No plastic is accepted, argent comptant seulment :)There are nicer Turkish eateries, however, they are also priced much much higher. Bon apetit

I have great affinity for anything Turkish. Personally I find Turks are the friendliest people around and I love Turkish food. I've heard of Sultan's Steakhouse before but only made my first visit today because my wife wanted lamb chops and I wanted her to have the best lamb chop in Jeddah. To our pleasant surprise we were greeted by a Turkish waiter as we arrived and we were having little talks like old friends. Got to know he used to work in Bodrum, a destination I would like to visit one day.We ordered feta salad, lamb chops, meatballs, sujuk and entrecorte. Coincidentally the lamb chops, sujuk and meatball came with 5 pieces each. Just nice for us 2 adults and 3 older kids. The food were bare with no fancy plating but I found the meatballs were heavenly and the entrecorte was nicely cooked medium as requested. I find that the food portion was quite generous and we were struggling to finish them. A cup of turkish coffee was the dinner's finale. Oh.. how I miss Istanbul. The waiters were non-intrusive but still attentive. They even helped to babysit my 1+ year plus boy who decided to explore the place on his own after finding the adult's dinner disagreeable to him.The prices were on the high side but I have no regrets and wouldn't hesitate to give a second visit anytime soon.

I have always seen this restaurant and decided to try it. I have many kebab before but the softness and flavour these kebabs is the best I have had sofar. They use fresh meat and definitely not frozen. The tea and the complimentary sweet they gave me was awesome. Love this place

Its always busy You have to choose the best time to visit or be patient. Food is fantastic in here. Grilled items are so good and Iskandar is the best. Wether you are dining in or ordering takeout, it is worth waiting.
