We stopped here for an early dinner, and had a great meal. I had the Impossible Burger, which does indeed taste like beef, and I added a slice of avocado, a perfect pairing. Big list of beers, ciders, and other libations. This is a nice, casual spot for a good meal.

Nice variety of flavors (LOVED the Campground S'mores) and a BIG single scoop. Just a bit outside of Bar Harbor away from the bustle. Provides parking. Could get a quick hamburger or salad at a reasonable price - seems more like a local place than all touristy. Staff was friendly & fun.

We had large roast beef subs. They were made well and good $23 for that which was including two seltzerâs. Not cheap but nice to sit in or take away. Easier than going in town. Right at hulls cove.

Locally-loved restaurant in downtown Bar Harbor featuring an amazing breakfast, delicious subs and sandwiches, quality pizza, and homemade desserts.
I was on vacation and walking around by myself while my wife was busy doing something else. I was hungry and needed something quick. I figured I would give Epiâs a try.The staff was very friendly. The pizza was ok. Nothing great for what Iâm accustomed to eating. If youâre in a hurry though and need a pizza fix, Epiâs has slices ready, so it is convenient. They also serve a few beers. It was a hot day, so stopping in for some so-so pizza and a beer wasnât all that bad. If Rosalieâs is open though, go there instead if you want good pizza. On a scale of 1 to 10 for just the pizza, I would give Epiâs a 6. Rosalieâs would be a 9. Both are New York style.

My family and I ate here for dinner after arriving in Bar Harbor and settling into our rental. It is literally right up the street and we wanted something quick and easy.Prices at Pats are reasonable, especially for the area. We got a salad to share and a large pizza (14â) half peppers and half pepperoni for about $21 plus tip. Thatâs not bad for two adults and a child. I would rather have spent a bit more and had a proper (16â) size pizza, though. The pizza itself wasnât bad for Northern New England. The pepper slices were actually quite good. The one thing which was odd was that the waitress brought out ketchup with our pizza. We are still not sure why. Is this a Maine thing? More than likely she is just used to grabbing napkins and condiments for customers and people up here donât smear ketchup on pizza (we hope).

We came to this restaurant because there were so many rave reviews about the duck fat fries. They were so disappointing! They were greasy, clumped together, undercooked, and not particularly warm. They were also tiny (about 1 inch) pieces of fries. We may have been given the last in the stack because my husband saw them preparing a new bunch and putting them on a warming tray. We likely got the final remains that should have been tossed out. Even so, there was no special flavor for the fries. However, we had an amazing scallop dish. The four scallops were atop mozzarella cheese, basil, tomatoes with a touch of balsamic vinegar. They were hugh in size, and cooked to perfection- crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The hamburgers looked fantastic as well. Overall I am glad we came but the duck fat is a gimmick and I would avoid them or make sure the batch is freshly prepared.

We read some very positive reviews about this place and realized we were staying very close to SPC. What happy diners we were this evening! We walked into a crowded dining room but Christian got us seated pretty quickly at the bar. Our special appetizers (roasted string beans/potatoes/onions in balsamic vinegar as well as Italian green olives not EVOO and lemon verbena) and Hunter pizza were great, drinks were also quite good , service by Cosmo was friendly and helpful, and everything was so thoroughly pleasing. We have one more evening here and weâll be back for another dinner!

âYes. It is. Yes.âTo quote Molly Bloom. Good pizza and great film. In a unique setting. And since Criterion rarely explores the beauty and depth of independent film, any cinephile worth their girth will be here. Any pizza place that has anchovies gets its place on the map. Besides:The beer is good. The help is good. The popcorn is Good. Yes, the seating is eclectic. But you may snuggle with your honey or sit straight up with a beverage and some food.I miss the âbingo messageâ that âyour pizzas upâ...but I understand why theyâve evolved to a light beeper... less distraction. And, oh,.... âintermissionâ .... I love it. Respect it! Grab one more beer, or take a pee.... but itâs a remnant of another time.Yes, it is a good place, yes... yes. Go.
