Excellent meal. Spinach dip is amazing. Harvest chicken is delicious, baked stuffed haddock is great. We had a great table overlooking the river and lit up bridge. Best meal we had in the area.

Great food. The clam chowder at 1100 is exceptions. The staff is wonderful and makes the mob that shows up between 1100 and 1400 feel very welcome. Great beers. We have been to the Sugar Bowl multiple times since it opened and our experience has varied from OK to just plain terrible. Our last visit was so bad I doubt we will be back. We were on the waiting list for a bowling lane. The woman in charge of the lanes told us our lane was ready, however the people bowling before us did not vacate the lane until almost 15 min. into our hour we paid for. At the other end of our bowling the rushed our group saying the next people needed the lane, cutting off another 10+ min. off our bowling hour. In the end we only were able to bowl for a little over 30 min. of the hour we paid for. When we brought this to the woman's attention she was incredibly rude and yelled at us saying it was because of crowds and a mechanical failure of the bowling alley machinery so we could not have the time we paid for nor would she offer a refund because it "wasn't her fault" but the fault of the last people taking too long to leave and the machinery at her job breaking. Excuse me? That is your job. And you are obviously not good at it. The food here is bad. I would avoid eating here and be sure to use a credit card if you bowl so you can get a refund from our credit card company if you get ripped off, like we did.Hopefully this is growing pains and poor staffing that can be resolved but a less than year old business should not have breaking machine and if they do break people should be compensated. Please get it together Sugar Bowl! It would be nice to have a great bowling alley in the Valley, like in Rangley. As the owner, I will tell you that I am appalled by this. We do our very best everyday to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied during their visit. The only "woman in charge" of the lanes is my wife who is a customer service trainer at LL Bean! She provides top-notch, world class customer service and she would NEVER cut time off a customers time. Nor would she ever yell at one of our customers. She also would NEVER say, it "wasn't her fault". In replying to reviews, we are told to always apologize. I will not apologize for something that never or would ever happen. We do have instances where our lanes will jam. And if it takes time to un-jam the machine, we add additional time on for the customer. Stating that our for is "bad" without an example also justifies that this is written by someone who has an agenda. In 18 mos of business, we have received glowing reviews of our food, service, customer experience, etc. I would ask that the next time you come in, ask for me, Kerry Audet.

Not setup for MLK weekend. At 4pm there was a wait. It took an hour to get our food and the waitress got my order wrong. The kitchen doesn't just serve the Widowmaker, it serves other sites in the lodge. No ice tea. The mushroom burger was good but the long wait and sitting so close to the band that you couldn't talk and hear made it an unbearably long event.

The drinks are great and the memosas are a must try. There is a ski lift if you want to go for lunch and get back to the hill fast. The food is incredible and we really enjoyed the breakfast! See you again soon Shipyard and thanks for having us!Thanks again Alli! You are too kind and we really appreciate your reviews and for taking the time to post them. Tufulio's Restaurant & Bar

Love this place — again! We ask for gift certificates for Christmas each year because we want to keep going back. Our family loves Tufulio’s. The seafood fettuccine Alfredo was beautifully done. Light cream sauce, not overly heavy and the seafood medley was excellent. The scallops were sweet and light. The shrimp was really nice and the there was nicely cooked whitefish and bits of lobster in it. I had some of my daughter’s pesto pizza which was very flavorful with a light soft doughy crust. I had the good fortune to eat some of my wife’s pork tenderloin which had a rich gravy and was as flavorful as we’ve come to expect from Tufulio’s over the years. The house Chianti was nice as well. The service and family friendly atmosphere is another excellent feature that Lee’s is coming back. Can’t wait for our next trip!
