While up in the Oxford Maine area, we were looking for a good and reasonably priced restaurant . We decided to eat breakfast at Daddy O's. The food was great, the waitresses were outstanding and the atmosphere terrific. It takes you back to the 60's. It is just a great place to go. The address is 1570 Main St., Oxford, Me. The owners, the Ouellete family made sure you felt welcome and the other customers made you feel right at home. A great and rare place in this day and age. There is at least one number plate set up on the walls from every state. Try it you will not be disappointed!

Kathy's diner has been around for decades and the food issimply good and tasty. I loved the homemade bread for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Yay...they renovated!!! This is typical and consistently good diner food. It's not amazing, but it is your standard diner atmosphere and menu. People are super nice and the hash is very good and the eggs cooked perfectly. We go every summer without fail!

The perfectly seasoned homefries were delightful and the bread delicious and filling. Unfortunately the flavorless, dry and clearly not fresh burger was comparable to those low end grocery store boxed ones, the omelet had good ham and cheese but was runny and the hot chocolate was absolutely flavorless. The waitress was abrupt and not a smile for miles so not a recommended stop.

Good breakfast restaurant right downtown. Lots of room and friendly service. Prices are good and the choices are plentiful. Iâve only been there for breakfast but I believe they do lunch as well. Plenty of street parking and there is a public lot down the street if you canât find a space.

The service was both good and not so good. we were welcomed as soon as we walked in. the food was average. the service was good in the sense that we were welcomed as soon as we walked in. our drinks were constantly filled while we were waiting on the food. on the flip side, there seemed to be confusion on who was actually be waiting on us (not a huge biggie). The food took longer than expected to get to us, and the employees kept saying how busy they were. the place had two or three couples already there and ordered when we got there, and then several tables showed up after we ordered. when we left, the place was almost half filled, and that was as busy as it got. This was a little disappointing since the diner has been open for the better part of 6 months and this is something we were expecting if the place had just opened. We probably will go back, but now with the knowledge that the service might be a bit slow, but with having nice people.

I beginning to believe that there is no Hash served. Second time we have been here to try the hash that they rave about. Again 10 am and no hash and a few other things sold out. Please if it is on your menu make enough for service time. It is not a special. Most likely will not go here again.
