First time last time. Little ambiance, there was a large party so service was slow. BS Haddock with lobster sauce was dry and over cooked. Steak tips with Scallops was not good. Steak tips were the size of my thumb. Soup was good. Over priced for poor food regretfully since there are not a lot of good places in the area

Located at Seacoast Adventure, the Deck House is open for lunch, dinner and evening drinks. Featuring creative cocktails, craft beers, and a pub-style menu with brick oven pizza, great shareable appetizers, vegetarian and gluten free options; the food is
Big thanks to the Deck House for hosting a benefit fundraiser for the local Animal Refuge League, along with Tito Vodka. We were welcomed on their deck with our dogs for a delicious meal. The goat cheese salad with grilled salmon was incredible! Definitely a place to come back to again!

We visited the Windham ,Me Gilbert's Chowder House. It has a very rustic look and pub/bar feel versus dining room look. The bar area filled up more than the tables. Wait person was very nice and accommodating. I requested a lower sodium accommodation which they easily did. I had the haddock sandwich which was delicious. The only critique is the size of the fish portion was small and thin (tail end). I requested it baked, not fried and it was done perfectly. Don't know who supplies their sandwich rolls but it was the best I have had, ever! Soft and delicious. The rest of my group had fried fish and chips , also very good, and the burger which I was told had a unusual taste, possibly seasoning. But it was cooked and presented well. I don't think you would be disappointed and we will definitely go again if we are in the area.
Local restaurant serving a variety of great food including pizza. Prime rib specials are offered weekly. Large bar with beers on tap. Fun place to bring the family or to meet and hang out with friends.
Good and generous portions in a busy pizza place and bar. Excellent daily sales. They seem to not deep fry anything which is good unless you hunger for deep fried chicken and fries.

This used to be our regular Friday night spot, even though the food is average and the fries and onion rings are frozen, baked - not fried - and often under or over cooked. Other times, the food is OK to good but undependable. Sometimes the pizza is blah and frozen, other times it's quite tasty. I still remember ordering a meatball sub that didn't look or taste like any meatball sub I've ever had - and not in a good way. For the prices they charge and for the portions served, it's not a good value. On the plus side (only), the waitresses are friendly and attentive. The problems definitely do not lie with them. We now go to the Cumberland House of Pizza in Cumberland. The food is freshly made, the fries are deliciously fried, and you always get your money's worth. The service is excellent and it's obvious the owners appreciate your business. They go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you are completely satisfied. I can't say the same for Jess & Nic's.
