I never would have thought that such a clean, fun place would be in Lincoln, Maine. My bartender, Renee was very fun and hardworking. I was thrilled to find pumpkin head beer on tap. Keep up the great work!

The very first thing we noticed about the Timber House was the strange smell in the dining room. We couldn't put our finger on it, musty, moldy? There was definitely a noticeable, unpleasant aroma that had nothing to do with food. I feel it necessary to point this out because we almost chose not to stay and that would have been a shame. Wendy, our server, saved the day. She had coffee and menus in our hands before you could blink. She suggested specials, answered our questions and took our orders. Breakfast turned out to be really good. The pancakes were loaded with blueberries and my husband's "Wednesday" hit the spot as well. Wendy, you are an asset to this establishment. If not for the funky smell, we would have rated this a "very good". Can we suggest maybe cleaning the air conditioners for starters?
I stopped here for lunch and to hopefully watch the Red Sox game and I'm glad I did. There are 12 nice TVs covering the walls, so it didn't matter where I sat and the layout is very open and gives off a friendly atmosphere. There's a large bar in the center with lots of seating and plenty of tables for dining surrounding the bar. The service was very friendly and greeted me right as I took my seat even though it was busy. They have a full bar and a great beer selection with 14 taps. They had an assortment of food specials and the menu had a lot of great options. I started with kielbasa wrapped in bacon which was excellent. It was drizzled with a sweet and tasty sauce that went perfect with the bacon and kielbasa. Next I had a pepperoni pizza and it was really good. They use stick pepperoni and they were very flavorful and crispy. Overall it was a great experience and I'm excited to try more of the menu. I'm not in the area often, but this seems like the place to be in town. I will definitely make an effort to stop here whenever I'm close by!
Holidaying with wife stayed at our friends house in Maine with our other 4 Australian friends for 5 days. We had the opportunity to go to this restaurant & have a typical Maine seafood FEAST & BOY IT WAS. We were treated like royality and given so many different types of seafood to try. Everything is made up & cooked fresh on the spot and delicious to eat. We couldn't believe how cheap the price of a full lobster is here compared to Australia you are looking well over $100 AUS. Oh they certainly know how to cook the seafood to perfection. IF YOU WANT DELICIOUSLY FRESH & MOUTHWATERING SEAFOOD. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Job well done keep up the great work.
Sebastian's Table was a delightful space to enjoy unique cocktails and tapas on a weekend evening. The windows, contemporary furnishings and colorful artwork provided a light and pleasant environment to try a variety of small plates and wished we could have tried them all! Our server was jovial and helped us understand the possibilities before us. Our party of two enjoyed three tapas plus a desert and look forward to returning soon to try more! Only detraction - service from the bar was a bit slow.
