We started as a small general store and gas station. Over time we have evolved and we now include a combination of sporting goods, deli, gifts, souvenirs and general merchandise. Our pizza has been described by many customers as the best in Maine. We offe
Went Sunday night after reviewers raves about the pizza It was delicious and the staff was friendly. Today we went in for breakfast and it is not clear if they serve you so we asked at the counter. The young kid was very rude said he wasnât a waiter and stomped off. We decided to leave and the clerk on way out asked us to wait for the Manager. When she came over she did acknowledge he was rude and she would speak with him. She also trivialized our experience by telling me there was only one other restaurant in town and they may be rude to me too. I get that but to have a manager say that was disappointing considering the cashier insisted we wait because the manager would want to know. Btw every place else people have been wonderful. We have booked more trips to this area in the near future but we will be driving by Bishops. I encourage you to do the same.

We stopped in for lunch on our way through to Quebec. What a great find. Had the daily special which was a big cup of lobster bisque and a full sized grilled cheese with tomato. Just what we were craving. And friendly service to boot. We will be back on our return journey.

It doesn't look anything special from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were large helpings of tasty food: the lobster pasta stood out, with a very generous quality helping. Service was friendly and efficient. It looks a good place to go, particularly when there are few other places to choose on the road to the border

Food was excellent, prices were right and the atmosphere was king of what you want when you are coming North. The waitress however was a witch on wheels and could not handle the stress of multiple customers. Snippy with both tables around us. Too bad, but I just know she is not cut out for being a waitress...maybe a Grandma to some great kids....but should think about staying home if you can't handle that little bit of stress...
Made to order and grab and go, sandwiches, pizza, fried chicken, home made soups, green salads, deli salads, deli meats, cookies, pastries, donuts, our own whoopies, banana bread, and more!
