Find out what Asian restaurants to try in Bar Harbor. Mansions and majestic hotels serve as reminders of Bar Harbor’s past (in the 19th century, it was a favorite vacation spot of society’s upper crust). Today, visitors kayak, explore Acadia National Park, go bird- or whale-watching, and enjoy salty sea air and sandy beaches.

From Boston's Hidden Restaurants:"The Lompoc Cafe is one of my top ten favorite restaurants in all of New England. Everything about the place makes me happy, from the mellow vibe to the eclectic music to the outdoor dining and bocce court to the friendly
Ate at Lompoc Cafe last week- it was fantastic. Get the spicy Dijon Mussels- different and delicious. Super laid back vibe, not expensive, and a cool wait staff. Definitely recommend.

Still not sure about this place. Friendly and Fast Service. Well prepared food with unique flavors and fresh ingredients but the dishes I orders tasted nothing like the many many other versions I had of them in the past at other restaurants. Good but different

The food was ok. We got three dinner combos and unfortunately, all three came with uninspired glut of brown sauce. Everything tasted fine, just a little disappointed about the brown sauce. Our kids enjoyed the food and didn't have any complaints, but the grown up palate is probably a little more selective.
The prices are too high. They probably need to charge a lot due to the labor and price of material, and they can get away with them, but go down the street to Freshies....
