Anna & I went to a Chinese take out... however the sign said "dine in or take out"... there were a few tables, so dine in sounded easier, than eating in the car. The clerk was sitting at a table, and no one else was there... we're still OK.The clerk: "pick up?"Me: No, dine inClerk:

Stopped in for the first time Saturday night to pick up a quick take out meal. It smelled very good so I looking forward to ordering. The menu was extensive. I ordered a pork and mushroom combination meal and a pint of won ton soup. The food was plentiful, hot and edible; however, it was almost the worst food, ever! The Whales tooth earned that accolade. Everything was BLAND, no taste. The pork was roast pork so that was a let down. The pork was served with fresh mushrooms but it was swimming in flavorless glop. The rice which was supposed to be fried wasn't. The rice had a little soy sauce and some bits of pork and a few chopped onions. It was supposed to be made with egg but I couldn't find any. The egg roll was just BLAND and weird. It seemed greasy on the inside. The soup was like hot water. The bok choy, pea pods and dumplings were good so it was a disappointment. I really a good soup. I picked at this meal and threw the majority in the trash. The duck sauce was beige and watery. I found it very odd that they didn"t have spare ribs on the bone. They do have a nice dining room where you could go to play Mahjong but not to eat. I feel badly about writing this review because the lady who took my order was nice and didn't forget my chop sticks but I feel that I have to warn those that are familiar with good chinese food, even American style.

Okay David Bowie was not seen here but the food is decent. It's your average run of the mill "Americanized" chinese food but it's always the same and doesn't disappoint. Staff is decent the place is showing it's age but I normally get take out anyway.
