Reviews on Bar food in Ogunquit, Maine, United States. The motto of the resort town of Ogunquit, Maine, is "beautiful place by the sea," and with three and a half miles of sheltered white sand beaches, the residents are definitely not lying. Take a walk along the Marginal Way, a path that winds along rocky cliffs overlooking the ocean, or explore the town center on the local public transit - an old fashioned trolley. With art galleries, fresh seafood, and the summer stock Ogunquit Playhouse, the town of Ogunquit is a favorite vacation destination.

Disappointed that The Gypsy restaurant was gone but The Crooked Pine that took its place is even better! Menu is small but food is exquisite! Had Haddock Meunière cooked to perfection with lemon sauce with capers, asparagus and fingerling potatoes. Hubby had tuna Niçoise salad; nicely dressed salad with tasty tuna, potatoes and eggs perfect! Both dishes were generous portions which left us totally satisfied but enough room left for dessert special, apple doughnut with gelato. So glad that this restaurant has come to town; we will be back!

Enjoy a casual Cafe Menu and your favorite beverage at the water's edge - You can't get any closer. The only restaurant on Ogunquit Beach. Air conditioned seating inside and on the deck, patio tables with a sea breeze. It's the "best view in town". Featur

Food pretty basic but have only had breakfast which tastes pretty great because you are right on the beach. Nothing gourmet here but once again you are RIGHT on an amazing beach!! First day here went to lunch on deck. It was a little windy and our great waiter Tony brought out a blanket for us. Excellent lobster rolls. Cannot beat the view while you are enjoying your food and drink. Would go back there again and again.

Seaside dining for lunch and dinner offering a variety of fresh prepared meals, craft drinks and service with a smile while you sit inside or out enjoying the ocean views.
The restaurant is small and nothing special. We were tired after a long ride so decided to eat here where we were staying. Fortunately we got to eat outside which made the experience much better. I must say my husband had the soup that he has declared the best he has ever eaten.Dear MurfeeI'm pleased to hear you had a great dinner with us and was able to enjoy our seaside dining on our outdoor rotunda. Many of our guests have taken advantage of enjoying a meal while taking in the ocean views and the summer/fall breezes. Chef Skip makes our soups by hand and enjoys offering a unique variety to our guests. I'm pleased your husband enjoyed his so much! Sarah Diment

Really enjoyed sitting at the bar visiting with other patrons & hard-working bartender Abby. I didn't eat here, but most folks around me were eating & everything looked scrumptious! I really loved the outdoor seating & the reasonable prices. I'll come back hungry

BeachFire Bar and Grille is well known for its Smoked BBQ from our BeachFire Smokers and our Large Outdoor Fire Pit. We also have fantastic hand crafted cocktails, fresh seafood and great sandwiches. Enjoy 1/2 OFF Burgers on Saturdays and Sundays 11:30-3p
We have thought of this place many times but never had a chance to eat there. Finally, we made it! We had ribs from their smoker and they were excellent. They tasted smokey, had a little heat in the rub and/or sauce, and were very well done. Service was very good. The menu has plenty to satisfy the palate. They have a smoked whole lobster on the menu but were out of it unfortunately.

What a fantastic evening with friends at this quaint old Inn with stunning food and service. Our server Jim was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding us through a wonderful dinner. The wine list was all great and very reasonably priced. Our starter was a spinach and artichoke dip which was served hot and bubbling to the table and perfect for pre-dinner conversation. We then had a house-made Lobster Bisque which was creamy with not being too thick and huge chunks of Lobster. Had Lobster for the main which was picked out of the shell, tossed with Arthichokes and Tomatoes in a white wine sauce over pasta, stunning flavor! Can't wait for future visits!

Lively, boisterous environment; Elegant and diverse dining menu. Complimentary Entertainment in Piano Bar & Lounge. 7 Nights a week. American style food, burgers, Salads with your choice of Proteins, Appetizers or all entrees.
We had a splendid evening eating good food (I loved the bang bang shrimp appetiser) and listening to Mr Dionne tinkling the ivories. In fact we got more than we bargained for when disco diva Ms Kuzma entertained us with a rousing set from the 70s. She was accompanied by the super talented cast of Kinky Boots. Not sure you can promise that every night but you might get lucky. Oh and the bar has a great choice of cocktails and fraught beers. Great fun. Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. You most certainly hit our Disco Sunday evening on a special night. We were so fortunate to have the so many talented performers join us. We love our Stars from the Ogunquit Playhouse. CheersJohnny
